Does anyone in this forum still think Jeremy called the police at 3:36?

People in this forum are quite savvy about this case, unlike many on Facebook.

Is the consensus in this group that this claim from 2010, rejected by the CCRC in 2011 and not challenged at the two Judicial Review in 2012 finally dead?

Well if that’s the case, he phoned Julie before the Police then.  Doesn’t make him guilty though.

Put it this way, there's no way he could have phoned the police at 3.36, be put on hold, and make it to WHF by 3.50, driving at 30mph.

Not sure when he actually phoned the police, Dan, but isn't there a document showing that he was still on the phone at 3.37?

Yes Snow the Myall note.

I still think there were two calls that night which is why West went to a lot of trouble copying his log to prevent ESDA testing.

PC west clarified that he made a simple mistake with the time.

The idea is nonsensical and the CT should drop it in my opinion.

So why does West copy his log which would have taken some time ILB?
