I don't think that's true. Didn't the father intervene at one point, putting the frighteners on the NHS hierarchy. Was was a few more dead babies to them as long as they could keep everything hushed up and continue to draw their huge salaries and add to their pension pot?

     It is already known that solicitors were acting for a number of parents on medical negligence cases against CoCH, Steve. Nothing was being hushed up and a number of reputations/careers were on the line. This isn't contentious, Steve. It was the same consultants whose necks were on the block who came up with the manipulated shift charts in the first place. The whole case stinks of obvious malfeasance from consultants manipulating evidence, mysteriously presenting "expert witnesses", CPS sacking the statistician and on and on. Open your eyes, it's in front of you. Lucy Letby is a scapegoat that protects many reputations and careers.

There's also the insulin evidence, which they didn't refute, plus Letby looking up the parents online and taking away notes which belonged at the hospital.

     The air embolism theory is probably the most discredited of all the prosecution theories. Likewise the insulin evidence has been refuted. See the ITV recent documentary for a resounding dismantling of the prosecutions insulin theory. It is in part 2. Looking up parents online isn't really indicative of guilt, other nurses have admitted doing the same. The handover notes which were taken home in her pockets is again not unusual amongst nurses according to other nurses. They weren't medical notes taken from files, Steve. They were simply handover notes. All of these very weak so called circumstantial pieces of evidence merely emphasise the weakness of the prosecution. That the "circumstantial evidence" also evaporates on contact with air and reason should have alerted you by now that the conviction is built on sand.
