I can actually envision him winning an appeal. And ultimately freedom

I was polar opposite until late, I don't know what's changed my mind. But I can envision it.

Case is gathering momentum.

Hasten to add thats not me going off the fence.

There's no way the authorities will risk releasing him unconditionally with Ann Eaton and family living at White House Farm. Maybe he could go and live on Torsa with Sheikh Yasser Al-Habib under 24-hour guard. It would be a good end to him. https://www.scotsman.com/regions/inverness-highlands-and-islands/owner-of-tiny-scottish-island-makes-statement-on-firebrand-muslim-cleric-ownership-bid-4720575

Surely a vindicated JB can go after his parents home?

I don't think he'd get hassle.

I can see Jeremy once released ( if it happens ) going on a PR campaign, this morning, loose women, life stories et al,from experience  he's confident and intelligent and articulate enough to make it happen.

Whether you believe he's innocent or gulity

He's not a wilting violet character.

So, he admitted to trying to sell the pictures of Sheila to The Sun? Hmmmm - this is the first time he's admitted that - so Fielder and Colin weren't lying after all!!

I never doubted the fielder story personally.

Isn't he described as ageing like an old newspaper, or words to that effect? I can't ever see him released unless the Eatons and Boutflours admit they planted the silencer or Julie confesses to have told a pack of lies. Skirting round the issues looking for a technicality as lawyers are wont to do won't cut it.

Fielder, another one who's passed away so can't be questioned.
I have nothing to offer but blood, toil, tears and furballs.

I never doubted the fielder story personally.

Lots of people here did and argued that Bamber would NEVER do that - well, he did and denied it for years. Of course there will be excuses made for him but fact is he LIED.

But how accurate is the article Zoso? We're taking it all for gospel.

I've just read the whole article.  I thought it was balanced.  Overall a good article.

I am not understanding the Milbank claim that he 'received' a 999 call from inside the farm. IF he received such a call, firstly, how could he know it was from 'inside the farm' without the caller confirming where they were calling from? They didn't have equipment that could detect where the call was coming from! And also, where's his call log or his memory of creating one?

There are LOTS of issues with what is being claimed, the main one I have come across is the phone call 'to' Milbank. He couldn't have 'received' the call and known where it came from.
