Explain what is the correct way for a quilt on the floor to look. June could have been clinging to it whilst steadying herself as she got out of bed and pulled it off once she was past the bed.

It looks to be quite small? perhaps only June used it on her side of the bed?

I guess it's possible June turned around and dropped it behind her?

I thought it was an electric blanket myself
If yesterday you hated me. Then today you can not stop the love that binds from me to you. And you to me

That's what I believed it to be. There's also the point that it would be unusual, in the extreme, to have an electric under blanket AND a heated quilt/comforter.

Of course it does and is simply an electric (under)blanket hidden underneath the bloodstained sheet/duvet which the Bambers slept directly on top of, and a 1985 version of this current one with similar switch/temperature controller -

That puffed-up Paisley-patterned object on the floor is just a common-or-garden unheated quilt, or fabric cover enclosing a duvet.
I have nothing to offer but blood, toil, tears and furballs.

So the Bambers had two quilts/duvets on their bed then Curiosity, one on top of the other?
Each in a fancy cover!

Being elderly, June might have felt the cold in bed even on a Summer night and the quilt could have been rolled/folded up at the foot end just in case it was needed. The bedroom was unheated - no central heating pipes or radiators evident, the AGA providing domestic hot water only.

You'll be arguing next that the police retrieved it from a nearby cupboard and wrapped June up to hasten decomposition!  Oops, someone has suggested that already.

For me,it is out of place and highly suspicious Curiosity.
I wonder what the CT make of it? Maybe JB could help?

You're clearly still in the age group that sees one's early 60's a "elderly"!!!

Pffft!  Surely you don't expect any truth out of Jeremy Bamber or his campaign after all the years promoting falsehoods.

Hadn't you realized? According to Snow, JB and the CT -sounds like a 60's rock band, that!- are all as pure as driven snow -pun intended- and it's wicked a.n.others who've told lies about him. A passing owl, passed him it's theories, and much else, since when, Snow seems to have become (snow) blinded. :))

Whats it doing on the floor ILB?

Why the big mystery? It's a duvet, it's on the floor, it was either placed there because someone was too hot or it fell on the floor at some point. It has no relevance. Movie on  ::)
