If Bamber was imitating Sheila it's strange why he does not have a few wayward complete misses?

So, had it been Sheila, you would have expected that?

Rob say's Sheila couldn't hit a Barn door,  i agree.  I suppose Rob will dismiss this now though?

it was Bamber trying to make the shooter look like Sheila who could not hit a barn door.

Dismiss what?

I was replying to your post where you said it was taking a lot of shots to kill the victims?

All the shots were at point blank range and for the most part into stationary targets no real skill needed.

Bamber could have taken out the victims at any range he wanted he would not need to get within inches.

.
He had to get head shots to Nevill at an early stage.

So your post saying it was taking a lot of shots to kill the victims was nothing to do with the rifle being used, but was because the shooter was Sheila or Bamber trying to imitate her?

Well, because Nicholas and Daniel would have had a claim on the estates through their mother, if left alive.

The boys would have gone to Colin.

Jeremys inheritance for the time would have remained unchallenged

Yes ILB I believe this is correct there was no need for Bamber to kill the twins.

Generally if a beneficiary dies before the deceased, the beneficiary's gift will lapse (fail) and they will not inherit anything from the deceased's estate. Whatever they were due to receive will fall back into the deceased's residuary estate to be redistributed.

I agreed with you and another possible explanation.....................................it was Bamber trying to make the shooter look like Sheila who could not hit a barn door.

Good so we agree, Bamber trying to make the shooter look like a poor shot is a possible explanation. So please don't imply all the shots to the victims were due to the low powered rifle which at point blank range is lethal.

i can imply whatever i want, when do i have  to take orders of you.  The shots didn't kill the victims outright,  Neville moved fom the bedroom to the kitchen and June also moved, and Sheila didn't die straight away so it could be because it was a low powered rifle, or it could have been because, .it was Bamber trying to make the shooter look like Sheila who could not hit a barn door,  Like you said?

Tragically there was virtually nothing to stop Bamber. Despite the low powered rifle -

Sheila - Too weak, unbalanced, uncordinated, drowsy.

Daniel - Too young.

Nicholas - Too young.

June - Too weak.

Add to this they were all sleeping.

A fully fit & ready Nevill could have stopped him. But he was ambushed in bed & received 2 face shots. Then another 2 torso shots out of bed.

Nevill's condition gave Bamber free reign to inflict the 40+ bruises and lacerations in the kitchen. Nevill briefly able to wrestle for the rifle.

Nevill being bare footed in a confined space was another disadvantage.

It's the explanation that pro guilty have always stuck with. It's the only one which makes sense. We know he was a crack shot and had he managed to obtain the weapon he'd wanted -an automatic?- it would undoubtedly have been one shot each, but Sheila couldn't have done that, and the whole point of it was to make it look like she had, and it needed to be convincing.
