It is a straight forward case.

Bamber has been trying for a technicality for 39 years.

This is based on Taff Jones accepting his murder/suicide insinuation for a few days prior to being taken off heading the case.

ILB can't give a suggestion on what Nevill was doing when Sheila loaded, chambered and breached the gun.

Except to say Nevill was not asleep and they were both in the kitchen.

Well he was either awake or asleep. That's two suggestions. Again please make your point.

Second request.

It's not a straight forward case at all. It's had one ccrc referral and the bloke who was convicted till this day is fighting for his innocence to be proved and for himself to be vindicated.

One of the deceased was found with the murder weapon upon her.

The alternative suspect was mentally ill.

The key witness was in a relationship with the accused and supported him until he fancied an upgrade.

The silencer evidence is disputed.

The key witness was in talks with a national newspaper prior to conviction

There is a question over the relatives motives.

A bloke has claimed innocence for almost forty years

Accept you believe he is gulity. But many others don't.

So Nevill wakes when Bamber creeps upstairs but not when Sheila goes downstairs.

Why didn't Sheila shoot everyone in bed if everyone was asleep?

If Nevill was with Sheila in the kitchen, what was he doing when she loaded, chambered and breached the rifle?

It is a straight forward case. Which is why the conviction has stood for 39 years. Both the COA (twice) & CCRC have dismissed appeals & the current submission has already had at least 3 grounds dismissed.

Bamber staged the scene. Which is why the rifle and bible were on Sheila.

The key witness was in a relationship with Bamber. Which is why she was a key witness.

Sheila's illness made her too weak, drowsy, uncordinated and unbalanced.

The courts have dismissed the silencer appeals. This is just one of over 80 pieces of sourced forensic evidence.

The relatives did believe Sheila could not have committed the massacre.

The NOTW did approach Julie mid trial. After believing Bamber was going to be convicted.

As said, he is looking for a technicality as Taff accepted his murder/suicide insinuation for a few days before being replaced.

Are you claiming that you'll never budge from an on the fence position?

If Jeremy Bamber said " I'm gulity " than id obviously have to accept that.

I guess we all know that's not going to happen! For starters, it would change his 'status' in ways which might be unacceptable to him, ie, to that of child killer. I suppose there's the possibility that he could be applauded for 'fooling' his fellow inmates for so long?

From experience and from other sources of information I think many an inmate believe him to be guilty as sin.

Anything can happen. Jeremy is getting older. Any more ccrc referrals getting denied I can see him going down the tariff set route again. Time is slipping him by.

Adam says "Insert Breach and Chamber" which sounds far more complex than just pulling the bolt back?

Sheila lived on a farm most of her life I don't think pulling the bolt back would be beyond her?

So, if you're born on a farm you have an innate ability to be able to use ANY gun, even though you haven't had any interaction with then - bar firing a shot gun once? As far as the bolt is concerned, you have to KNOW WHAT IT IS and what it's used for otherwise it's just a thingy!
