According to this TikTok, the radio log which shows the time of the phone call to be 3:26 wasn't disclosed until "years after the trial"

https://www.tiktok.com/@justice4jeremybamber/video/7372611264037604641?_r=1&_t=8mcdnNX3upF&fbclid=IwZXh0bgNhZW0CMTEAAR2XqHoo4kotwMEcu06QT_hIFKYVRwbcmWvim5IJ72FEjQdI51fiweCWYN0_aem_AaNrjVcE4sHxGZO7C-dFWru3EAvQ40CzvkfPvBPOxIZxu45k_8xZZunAyOfoThZo9_TMA7mYDBBOIYxg7PjvzuAK

However, the log in question has a Chelmsford Crown Court label, showing it was exhibited at the trial, so how can this be true?

The video says the call was 11 minutes after Nevill called Jeremy.

The document has 3.26am on it. The time Bamber called the police.

Good spot about the court stamp.

This document relates to Bamber's call to the police - 3.26am.

Vehicles despatched at 3.35am & 3.36am.

I doubt it was even produced at court although available. At that time there was one undisputed call to the police - from Bamber.

How could it not have been produced at court if there is a court stamp on it?

The CT make a big thing about the word 'daughter'.

However it is quite likely Bamber referred to Sheila as Nevill's daughter.

Good of him to get Sheila's age correct!

Don't know how it works.

Thought it would be an available document. Which neither side submitted at trial.

No one disputed Bamber had phoned the police.

The video says the call was 11 minutes after Nevill called Jeremy. But the document has 3.26am on it.

The video did not show the time of the call.

Lies.

... also, Jeremy said he tried to call his father back, then unable to do so spent around 10 minutes looking up the number for the local police (quite a long time in any state of mind to look up a number).

Whereas if Jeremy's call was at 3:36, that would be about 20 minutes later.

My understanding is if one side (prosecution or defence) wish to use a document (or think a document is relevant) they send a copy to the other side and to the court. The court copy becomes an "exhibit".

Police cars were despatched at 3.35am & 3.36am.

This was after Bamber's 3.26am call.

Bamber couldn't have called the police at 3.36am. The cars had already been despatched!

He also wouldn't have been over taken by Bews as he would still be on the phone from his 3.36am call!

The CT are saying Nevill phoned Bamber at 3.10am.

Bamber then didn't phone the police for 26 minutes. At 3.36am.

He spent around 10 minutes on the phone to 3.46am. But was passed by Bews in his car around 3.40am!

Have you forgotten the Myall note Adam? West was on the line to him at 3.37 while Bamber was on hold.

The CT are saying -

Nevill phoned Bamber at 3.10am. Said 11 words & hung up.

Nevill then phoned the police at 3.26am. Then spent 10 minutes talking to the police!

Bamber then phoned the police at 3.36am after the cars had been despatched to WHF!

During Bamber's 10 minute call to the police Bews passed him on Maldon Road!

Not sure what you are saying? but if the Myall note is correct then the cars must have been dispatched as a result of a earlier call?

Want to know what happened to Sheila between 3.10am - 3.26am.

At 3.10am Nevill's saying Sheila's gone crazy with a gun to Bamber & hanging up.

Sixteen minutes later at 3.26am Sheila has calmed down enough for Nevill to be able to have a 10 minute chat with EP.

Then at 3.48am there is no sign of life inside WHF. Five people are dead and Nevill's got 40+ injuries.
