I don't know? now explain West saying 3.36 in his statement and Bews saying they LEFT at 3.45

Thanks

Come to think of it, I did see a spelling mistake Julie's diary.

Maybe West & Julie worked together.

So you are unable to explain West saying 3.36 and Bews saying they left at 3.45?

Please use your common sense.

Impossible for Bamber or Nevill to have a 10 minute chat with the police from 3.36am.

A digit being different on two documents is neither here or there.

There was only one 10 minute chat with the police.

That was at 3.26am.

It sure wasn't Nevill!

I am using my common sense so why all the statements that say 3.36 which also tally with Bews saying they left at 3.45? are you saying they are wrong?

Do you agree it is impossible for Bamber & Nevill to have had a 10 minute chat with the police at 3.36am?

If so, digits being different you have to let go.

I am just going by the statements, don't blame me I never wrote them!

I am asking you to explain the times in the statements if you can't just say so!

I did say human error earlier.

But if you think it part of an industrial frame, that is fine.

Assume you agree it was impossible for Nevill or Bamber to speak to the police between 3.36am - 3.46am.

So West produces two statements one 3.26 and one 3.36 you are saying the one saying 3.26 is correct the other is a mistake?

Bews and Myall say they left at 3.45 and you are saying both of these are mistakes is that correct?

The document in this thread says vehicles despatched 3.35am & 3.36am.

Appreciate that could just mean the time Witham told West vehicles would be despatched.

The actual time Bews left may have been a few minutes later.

No big deal.

So why does Saxbys statement say they left at 3.35? why are these mistakes always ten minutes!

Just checked, Witham is 11.1 miles away.

So they left at 3.35/36am. In my view.

I am only interested in the statements not matching the logs and always by ten minutes. Also why West produced two statements and at trial could not remember who asked him to produce either the first or second one?
