I don't think one can ever move on after such a trauma, though Julie has done her best. Despite all the brickbats that have been thrown at her and the years of laborious toil from Britain's top lawyers Julie's testimony exhibited in this thread has withstood the test of time.
Jeremy Bamber maintains his innocence. The whole campaign will continue till he draws his last breathe.
There is nothing Rivlin could do in reality except go down the dishonesty line ( which he had to tread carefully doing so) and the jilted lover. Not really a criticism of rivlin.
In the case of Julie Mugfords evidence it is down to simply hearsay whether you believe Julie Mugford or Jeremy Bamber however the summing up by Justice Drake was geared towards a conviction on the basis of his comments of the silencer evidence.
I have no copy of the judges summing up, but apparently it makes little reference to Jeremy Bambers evidence
