Thanks Grahame! I don't see the point on arguing unless you have read all the "facts", I use that word a bit loosely because it seems most of them have not been disclosed, or omitted by the police, I am not one of the I love Jeremy brigade as I don't know him, the only thing I am interested in as I'm sure most of you are is the truth, be it guilty or innocent, after I have read through all the information I will be in a better position to make a decision. at this moment in time I would say I am 60-40 in favour of innocent. My brother is a Barrister actually but he is away at the moment but I am looking forward to showing him this case and getting his thoughts from a legal point of view.
Work it out shaman. Those morons over on the guilty page will tell you that how can 100's of people like the Julie Mugford. the family and all the police be wrong and Bamber right. Surely all these people aren't deceiving people. It is surely incredible and unbelievable.
But that is not what we are saying is it? It doesn't take many people to lie in order to persuade many others to believe that lie. One police officer can lie and what do the others do? They say "Surely he is one of our own, he won't lie to us".
But even with the so called evidence that was presented at the original trial. A"proven" lier and a dodgy silencer that had the Bourflour's big ol' graspers mauling it about. With that evidence alone the Jury should never have brought in a verdict of not guilty. But through clever manipulation by influential key witnesses the court was deceived into finding Bamber guilty. It is that injustice that we are seeking to put right and the real culprits put behind bars. Those wicked liers who twisted the evidence and won over the "emotions" of 10 of the jury so they voted guilty.

Well Munford story sounds a bit suspect really, why would Jeremy tell her everything if he was cheating on her and probably knew it was not going any where with her. If he was such a smart and calculating murderer why would he tell someone about his plans, that is the worst thing anyone could do if you wanted to get away with it because people talk. And the fella she said he hired (I cant remember his name Matthew?..) had a rock solid alibi sounds dodgy to me.

Yes. As they say on the moronic facebook guilty page, "You couldn't make it up". Oh dear. Do you think they may sue me for copyright? ::)

A secret implies it was hidden. Who was it hidden from?
Are we saying this is another motive family members had to frame
Bamber?

A motive? Well yes really,as if true would have meant that 50% of ownership of the Eatons home would have passed to Jeremy. What if Jeremy wanted to sell his share? The Eatons were not in a position to buy him out.Their home and livelihood would have been at stake.
As with regards to secrets,June was never aware that Nevill loaned PE the money to purchase PEs brothers land. Why not,if they were supposed to be such a close family? And what other secrets did Nevill have?
How on earth do you know June didn't know what Nevill had done?

Because Robert Baltflour wrote it in his diary. It is on the forum somewhere if youd care to read it!

Oh I forgot about the diary! Who writes a diary like that referring to his family like my daughter and so on. If your writing a diary like that its not a diary you're writing it for someone to read. And the small things he remembers its obviously written after the events. If not he is a very strange man writing like that.
