you cant nick him abs!!!! its not fair !!!
anyway back to the case, the dr never established time of death, or if he did it hasnt been disclosed because it wouldnt tally with the official line.
my earlier post im sure i read somewhere thats what the dr said, i could be mistaken.
but isnt it a basic of forensic investigation, to establish time of death.
My stepfather was in the Metropolitan police back in the 40's when coppers were coppers, ello ello ello and whats goin on ere then and evenin all and the like. He dealt with many dead bodies in his time and he said that the abdomen was the last thing to cool down and that he could give a good estimate as to the time of death by putting his hand on the abdomen.
The correct thing for a forensic pathologist to do, is to measure the temperature in the liver - as the first thing at the scene. Of course that wasn´t done...
correct...the pathologist would normally have been asked to attend the scene...so was there a reason why he was not asked to attend? I am of the view that it was a cover up and that the decision not to ask the pathologist to attend the scene was because it would threaten success of the cover up.
just think..if a good time of death could have been clearly established then it may have shown the victims all dead well before the supposed phone call from his father....oh but if it could reveal that sheila died far later than the others then the cover up would be exposed.
