you cant nick him abs!!!! its not fair !!!

anyway back to the case, the dr never established time of death, or if he did it hasnt been disclosed because it wouldnt tally with the official line.

my earlier post im sure i read somewhere thats what the dr said, i could be mistaken.

but isnt it a basic of forensic investigation, to establish time of death.
My stepfather was in the Metropolitan police back in the 40's when coppers were coppers, ello ello ello and whats goin on ere then and evenin all and the like. He dealt with many dead bodies in his time and he said that the abdomen was the last thing to cool down and that he could give a good estimate as to the time of death by putting his hand on the abdomen.

The correct thing for a forensic pathologist to do, is to measure the temperature in the liver - as the first thing at the scene. Of course that wasn´t done...

I deliberately didn't say that Bamber showed the explicit photos to the reporter. A friend of Bamber's did on his behalf. As for D C I Jones ... maybe he thought Bamber innocent .... obviously the police charged Bamber with five murders so D C I Jones must have been pretty much a lone voice.
How do you know that JB had asked his friend to do this? As DCI Jones was both a very experienced senior detective and in charge of the Bamber investigation for a month (but not when JB was charged), dismissing him as "a lone voice" is inadequate. He was pressed by the relatives to make further investigations relating to their suspicions, and it was his duty to do so unless he had good reason not to; he must have been certain that Sheila shot herself.

correct...the pathologist would normally have been asked to attend the scene...so was there a reason why he was not asked to attend? I am of the view that it was a cover up and that the decision not to ask the pathologist to attend the scene was because it would threaten success of the cover up.

just think..if a good time of death could have been clearly established then it may have shown the victims all dead well before the supposed phone call from his father....oh  but if it could reveal that sheila died far later than the others then the cover up would be exposed.

A cover up by stating it was a murder/suicide then having to admit they were wrong and charge Bamber with murder! Really good conspiring that!

Wow I am shocked my post hasn't been removed. Beetroot or no beetroot! I think my original post is quite well constructed actually and I notice that no replies refute anything I said.
I am not David Shaw nor that woman you mentioned; just someone who has always followed this case and has always been convinced of Jeremy's guilt. I feel dreadfully sorry for what happened to decent people murdered by a preening sociopath and am always delighted when Jeremy's appeals fail. He will die in prison then rot in hell.
Try listening to David Balfour, the father's secretary, Sheila's ex-husband, the police officers involved and Julie Mugford. They are all decent people who suffered a terrible loss and they all know that Jeremy did it without a shadow of a doubt.
So many people have to be lying, vindictive, greedy or incompetent for Jeremy to be innocent. And you choose to believe the scumbag who tried to sell private porno photos of Sheila to The Sun. Wake up and smell the coffee!
Well said PB. I totally agree. Common sense may yet prevail on this site..............we live in expectation :-)

Well as soon as you come round to our way of thinking common sense may indeed come to this site. But I'm worried about your reasoning power though. :-\
