Difference between a ladies and mens bike.
« on: March 26, 2024, 01:14:PM »
ILB keeps mentioning Bamber had to cycle on a ladies bike. As if it was a major disadvantage.

The differences between a ladies and men's bike are minimal. Espescially if cycling at your own pace on good terrain.

Obviously if Bamber was in a cycling competition against men on top quality mens bikes, he would have a disadvantage. The bike was not a racing bike.

I do agree with him he cycled on June's bike.

Hopefully this clears up this matter.

His other option was to buy a  bike himself.

A new one would be expensive. Gumtree wasn't around so getting a good second hand one may be hard.

He obviously thought June's was good enough for a one off job. He could also say it was for Julie if asked about it.

Wasn't Ann looking for another Bike?  On the  7th of Aug the day of the murders?  It puzzles me, why after just normal chit chat with Aunt Connie who mentions June's bike,  that Ann starts to suspect Jerremy and wants to find the Bike?  This converation with Aunt Connie was on the 7th of Aug the day of the murders?

I can't find any other mention of Ann finding the bike at Goldhanger, other than when she says it was at WHF on the 15th of August in the garage?  But she's looking for another bike?

The whole Bike thing Puzzles me Snow, Julie said the Bike was at Goldhanger ont the 4th of August but never saw it at that house ever again right till the 27th, Ann is looking for it and see's one at whf but she's looking for another, RB i think he mentions seeing the bike at Goldhanger on the 30th of August?   I think iv'e got the dates correct Snow without checking, i will stand being corrected.  But even more Puzzling, why does Ann mention the bike on the 7th, the day of the murders when Julie hasn't seen it at Goldhanger?  Adam say's Ann saw the bike at Jeremy's house after the murders, but i cannot find where she's say's this.

None of Ann's bike story makes much sense to me HB.

Well here's Ann's first statement when she mentions that she has gone to look for her brother David on the day of the murders while the police are at WHF, David goes missing and Ann goes to look for him. this was in the Afternoon i think?  I have now located when she say's she saw the bike at WHF it was on the 22 nd of Aug Snow.

Now here's the statement she gives and it mentions the 15th of Aug and the bike in the Garage

So, there is a bike in the Garage at WHF, yet she's looking for another Bike?  She eventually finds this newly purchased bike on the 22nd of Aug at Goldhanger at the back of the house, yet Julie never saw it?

Something else interesting iv'e picked up on Snow, Colin and Jill [don't know who these two are, is it Colin Caffell?] went to see RB on the 9th of Dec and told RB that, Julie had visited them and told them some of the things that she had said to Police in her Statements?

https://jeremybamberforum.co.uk/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=460.0;attach=1414;image

But get this, Julie said, she was a very frightened girl once she realized that Jeremy was the killer?   She was that frightened she stopped with him for nearly a month, sleeping with him and begging him not to dump her?

She is a full blown liar and should be locked up with him as far as i'm concerened, she is as much responsible for them two little children's deaths as him.

Is it against Court Procedure NGB or contempt of Court for someone to reveal what they've put in their Statements to Police, to other parties.........Especially PRE-TRIAL?

If Julie is involved and  Jeremy is gulity Jeremy can never say anything as he wants freedom. So perhaps if gulity he maintains innocence for this reason. Grassing Julie up for involvement won't benefit him. It may put her behind bars, but he will still stay where he is.

It's an interesting theory and perhaps the 10pm and 3am phonecalls point to it.

An aforementioned theory from several years back, I think. Feasible, too.

The 10pm phone call say's it all ILB............... "i have been thinking on the Tractor and the crime has got to be tonight or never"   The first thing anyone without knowledge would say, "what are you on about" "what crime" her answer is "don't be stupid"  she knew beforehand and she knew after and when he dumped her she wanted revenge and then she comes up with that shit.........https://jeremybamberforum.co.uk/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=460.0;attach=1415;image
