The words was " he used a route that avoided the back roads "

Wilkinsons statement was that the route was decent.

If the defence had countered it would have been up for deliberation who they believed.

Julie also said as Ainsley thought he would cycle the brook track not the sea wall.

So not massively detrimental the defence disputing the sea wall.

Julie testified he planned to cycle The Sea Wall.

The defence would take the jury to The Sea Wall if they thought Wilkinson's statement was wrong. But they checked it day and night and realised it was unbreakable.

Good luck with your visit.

Debunking The Sea Wall has several advantages.

It destroys the prosecution case.

It creates reasonable doubt

The defence can say no one saw him cycle on the main roads.

The defence can say it is a long round trip walking across fields.

---------

But The Sea Wall was unbreakable.

Don't know why people dispute The Sea Wall.

Of course it was possible. The prosecution would not use it & the defence accept it otherwise.

But people are entitled to say he walked or drove.

Its a clever narrative. Of course they would use it.

They had to, nobody saw him.

Doesnt make it feasible.

Nice try you're quick, unfortunately I'm just a little quicker.

Do you agree if the prosecution say he cycled The Sea Wall & the defence do not dispute, it was possible?

Neither side would be daft enough to make such huge mistakes.

You are still entitled to say he drove.

The defences mantra is he never made the journey in the first instance.

You understand the burden of proof ?

Do you agree that the prosecution saying he cycled The Sea Wall when it was not possible was a huge risk?

The defence had a year to go there.

The defence had a year to go there.

And they didn't choose to go there.

That's not to mean they lied about going and them saying " fucking hell it's a perfect route, he could have done it, that's us fucked in court"

Obviously they didn't think it necessary.

What's the overriding point you are trying to make?

The mantra also was predominately Shelia did the crime due to her schizophrenia and mental health difficultiesm

On paper, having an alternative suspect with these problems is not a bad thing.

Do you believe the defence went to The Sea Wall. Day and night?

They had a year to do so. Bamber has said the route was not negotiable.

Yvonne has said on that video they didn't.

Obviously Jeremy has confirmed that they didn't. If you believe that.

Do you believe Jeremy is lying about this?

Yvonne said they never took the jury there.

Do you think that is because it would show how easy the route was?

No. I don't think they gave it much thought

Disagree with what your said in regards to route importance.

The mantra was Bamber was innocent.

The onus is on the prosecution to establish guilt.

When there's 500 people interviewed in the locality and nobody sees your client there's a pretty clear case for reasonable doubt in that instance on itself in regards to transportation.

As I'm retierating again, they had more pressing issues.

Well, they did go to Fingringhoe Ranges to hear the difference between a rifle with and without sound moderator. Whether they were given the option to walk the sea wall, Brook House Farm track and White House Farm itself I don't know.
