Surprised Rob & ILB are so against The Sea Wall.

Even Bamber's own defence didn't dispute it was possible.

It's not as if rejecting The Sea Wall means Bamber couldn't travel. As they believe he drove/walked.

You keep going on about a trial which happened nearly forty years ago. It's done. It's over.

" Why didn't the defence do this, why didn't they do that "

You understand the burden of proof?

Bamber's defence did have over a year.

All they could say was 'yes it's possible but it doesn't mean he did'.

How can you do the sea wall on Google maps ?

Cycling from Goldhanger I only got one route.

The road way.

Could Bamber access the sea wall from the rear of his property?

He would have to go across one field. Or go along the edge of it if it was not cycle friendly.

Not without having to cross Fish Street at some point, and it would have taken him in the opposite direction.

Does he have to go on Fish Street and then Green Lane Jane?   To me looking at photo's and what my Komoot Mapping show's, that Green Lane looks ok for Cycling, and show's cycling, but the Sea Wall looks and comes up as a Walking route?

He would have to turn off The Sea Wall at some point. To get to WHF.

He would know what fields and paths were cycle friendly & when to turn off The Sea Wall. He worked on the land!

Obviously Bamber was not aware of night fishermen on the Sea Wall.

Neither was RB. GG didn't see any either.

For me there are zero night fishermen. Just supporters clutching at straws.

I don't know about the sea wall but many people fish at night, it's you clutching at straws and bluffing Adam.

I was even thinking of getting a license at a dark sky site.

I have asked for a source earlier today that the Sea Wall is popular for night fishing.

Doesn't have to be in 1985. Can be at any time.

Many people fish at night Adam, so if a local says it was popular who am I to disagree.

I don't think for a second Bamber would cycle flat out along the sea wall in darkness so either way it does not matter to me.

I agree with the sea wall being to dark to cycle. As said on many previous occassions.

I didn't think it would have been popular with people at that time of night until I read the testimony of BD in all honesty.

And as Adam has also further kindly stated he would have to piss about walking with the bike over a field.
