Thirty years ago I remember Jeremy Bamber spending every waking hour on his case and speaking about it.

Still fighting away to this day.

Obviously the CCRC have not found anything worthy of the case being passed to the COA.

Can Bamber keep adding things to the submission? If that is the case crazy things such as the aga burns may have been added. The original submission was big enough.

He can keep adding to delay an outright dismissal & hope for a miracle. While simultaneously publically complain it is taking so long.

Bill Robertson claims  in this article that Jeremy Bamber called the police at 3:36 and at 3:37, West phoned Whitham.

I have three questions for Bill (or any Bamber supporter):

1) Jeremy Bamber confirmed that he has was on the phone to the police for around 5 minutes, so this would mean him ending his call around 3:41. How did he get to White House Farm for 3:50 driving slowly? He was over-taken by a police-car which got there for 3:48.

2) Jeremy Bamber said his father called him around 3:10 and then after attempting to call his father back, called the police. He said that he called the police 10 minutes later. That would be 3:26, not 3:36 would it not?

3) If Nevill Bamber called West at 3:26 and then Jeremy Bamber called West at 3:36, surely you expect West to respond "I spoke to your father around 10 minutes ago and we have already sent police cars to deal ...."  ?

The claims made on that article have been debunked ad nauseam.

I agree. Am I right in thinking you are a Bamber supporter? Are you the same David which got some stick from Chris Roberts on Facebook?

I agree with David. Bill gets a lot right but on this aspect I believe he is wrong. I think the calls from NB and JB were within a couple of minutes of each other. A false timeline was created based on a 03.36 call from JB. If you read my posts you will see this deception. JM went to a lot of trouble to find out the time JB called her. This is also explained. They changed his call to her to 03.30 instead of 03.15. There is no proof that NB phoned the police. The tapes were overwritten by the time this became an issue. EP convinced Bonnett that the call he received was either from JB pretending to be his dad or the hitman  (not MM) who could never be traced. That is my take. There is a lot of reading to undertake if you wish to understand my reasoning. Try the search facility for 'log' and 'false timeline' by me . Cheers happy reading.
