In summary Snow is saying Sheila put the silencer on.

Her blood got in it when she took the silencer off to put it away. This blood was from the injuries she got from fighting June.

Agree the silencer was used.

Agree it was Sheila's blood and there was no silencer fabrication.

Disagree that Sheila fought June and that PV lied about other injuries.

Eh? Think we're at cross purposes here. Where have I mentioned SC? Although, given that I believe she was murdered by Bamber, then blamed because of her illness, I clearly have a lot of sympathy for her. You have become EXTREMELY sanctimonious about Bamber and I never thought that would happen to you but you believe what you believe. However, what you don't do (although you defend those that do) is take something that is problematic for Bamber and rather than just admit that, come up with an insane scenario simply to excuse the issue.

Isn't that what your lot do all the time though? Ignore questions like how did Jeremy Shoot Sheila from that angle? How did Jeremy thrust the rifle at Nevill's arm and achieve hit after hit? Etc etc etc.

The jury were obviously happy with it.

i've always thought with Sheila, with the first shot her head was upright, so the shot was more across the throat, the head fell back to the floor and this allowed Bamber to get a more straight shot up through the skull?  it could be that he turned the rifle upside down with the trigger guard pointing upwards allowing the rifle to lay more in line with the body, hence the casings DRH1 and DRH2 being one  either side of the body?

Sorry i don't undersatnd what you mean about thrusting at Neville's arm?  We don't know what the state Neviile was in when this happened.

;D ;D ;D I know mate, i can remember you asking the question i think last week, that was the answer i was going to give what iv'e posted, but i'm not sure what was asked previous because i'd been away.  Iv'e always been dubious about the bullet casing being either side Sheila's body, i know that the ejection could cause the bounce off the bed, but i don't think the bed side would offer this sort of bounce off, i think turning the rifle upside down gives him a better line an allows the rifle to drop lower because the trigger guard is pointing upwards?

Must have been given they returned a majority guilty verdict.  You have no evidence the jury was instructed by the judge to return said verdict.

The prosecution case had to be that Sheila suffered absolutely no wounds that could have bled except the two bullet wounds to her neck. This was vital. If Sheila had absolutely no other cuts before she was shot then no blood could have got into the silencer, hence someone must have shot her then put the silencer back in the cupboard.
Therefore, absolutely no other cuts could be documented and any blood on her arm was put down to having come from Sheila's neck wounds. If there was any hint of Sheila having any other cuts at all,no matter how small, then the defence could have claimed that that was where the blood in the silencer came from.
So,ANY mention of wounds to Sheila appart from the two shots to the neck,no matter how small, had to become taboo.
THEN,and only then could the phenomena of backspatter be introduced without being challenged,it would be air tight.

Yet Bill and Roch have pointed out several small cuts  as well as damage to Sheilas ear lobe,so is the backspatter claim as cast iron as we have been led to believe?
As for Vanezis,he may have been told it would be best to omit any mention of minor cuts to Sheila.

The prosecution would not hide any other injuries on Sheila. Because they were worried people may believe blood from cuts dripped into the silencer.

I find your posts the stuff of fantasies.  If you or anyone like you has played any part in Bamber's latest submission I would not mind betting the CCRC have yet to recover from  :)) :)) :)) :)) :)) :)) :)) :)) :)) :))

Bill and Roch are not experts.

Try reading Vanezis' autopsy and you will see he notes a small graze to Sheila's abdomen in the left lumbar region covered by a dressing.
