You mean the curious shaped rug I deem a toilet mat. See my posts. Search 'toilet mat'.

I have read most of your posts Bubo I bet you are a deadly chess player!

I have just noticed the rug or mat Sheila is lying on is very very narrow?

I agree. Poor maintenance is most likely since they were not house proud as other pictures show.

Boyce is no fool and well respected.
Here is his website.

https://www.forensicequity.com/philip-boyce

As previously posted he gets others to check/peer review his work as this programme shows.

Thanks Bubo.Yes ,he seems a modest man who wouldn't jump to conclusions.
I dont think he would have gone public with the Aga marks unless hr was pretty sure.

Cc is always rambling on about us muppets not being experts Snow well Philip Boyce is a well respected expert. If he says the Aga is the most likely cause of the burns/marks on Nevil then I think it's almost certain it was the Aga.

SC shot herself on her own bed. The police had a problem with a large pool of June's blood where she fell following being shot. Items can be moved or hidden, blood cannot. They placed SC on a rubber backed toilet mat so as it would not appear in crime scene photos. They had to move her slightly to cover it up as shown in my post pictures. Unfortunately when they pulled on her legs part of the back of her nightdress was brought into contact with June's blood. SC's blood on her bed was hidden by putting a large red item across where her blood contaminated the bedding.

Oh right Got it so after Sheila shot hersef on her own bed,  they then moved her to the Main Bedroom shot her again, fired another shot in her for good measure, put a bullet casing either side of her corpse,  chucked the bible down next to her, splashed a bit of Sheila's blood about on the floor,

Then to top it off they then fired off at will into the other dead bodies and then put a red blanket over the blood on her bed, all to hide up the fact that there was a large pool of blood where June Fell?  Clever thinking from the Police.

Oh really,  BOYCE,  he went Public with the fact that he said the marks were caused by the rifle without the silencer fitted, was that a jump to conclusions then?

Not going to let you get away with this crass misrepresentation. I say the shot her once more to create a survivable wound. They did not splash her blood around, that is June's blood created when they moved her around the bed and put her on it. You are trying to make a possible set of events into a farce. Childish responding not worthy of you.
The red object was to hide SC's blood and was not related to the actions in the main bedroom.
They may well have put other shots into other victims if SC and June had been shot with different weapons as noted by the shell casings and in NB's case to disguise the fact that he was not found perched on the chairs..

Boyce was not tasked with establishing the genesis of the burn marks and you know this. Again you are indulging in misrepresentation. He was asked to say whether the marks were made by a rifle with a SM fitted. He correctly said they were not. At that stage the cause was not identified. As a professional it would be wrong to offer or speculate an alternative source. He did what he was asked and that was what he did.

No. i'm agreeing with you, moving Bodies around beds and moving bodies off beds, switching bodies from different rooms, a bit like musical statues really, but the person that's on, has a rifle, anything that appears to move he shoots. I wonder if they did it to the tune of the Benny Hill theme tune though?

It's very close to one of MT's posts.

JB would not need to restage the crime scene. He would if, the perpetrator, leave them where they fell. The problem EP had was that they had already moved June to the bed to prevent the blood continuing to pool at the point where she landed. There is a possibility that evidence existed (undisclosed from the original case) that June was not dead at the entry time. They were forced into a restaging by their own actions. PV said JB would have to be a 'Nutter' to stage things in the way presented.

The reference to the 'smutty postcard' humour of Benny Hill does you no credit and I find disgusting given the nature of the tragedy under discussion.

MT was well aware as you should be that people in a state of shock, horror and panic can act to cover their tracks and accidental errors so as to cover up what has actually happened. They created a new crime scene with SC the sole killer and because of the 'locked room' nature of the proceedings thought they could manage their way out of their mistake. They were more than happy to go with the four murders scenario and their crime scene but did not foresee the attitude and tenacity of the Boutflour family.

Nope, that's the level you have taken it too along with other Bamberettes it's ok for you and the Bamberettes to bring your level of disgust about the case, [a term i don't hold highly using, but posters refer to Innocenece and guilt camp's along with Bamberettes, so i shall use it all the time now]

I will not spend hours researching this case any more because the bamberettes just revert to the Default that everyone from the Judge, the Patholigist, the TFG the family, the police, the forensics all covered up to convict Bamber., and then cry when you challenge their theory in a way they don't like it.  I'm not bothered who responds to me, never have been i will answer and agree from now on but put MY own spin on it now.

You tell me why the police didn't go in with the theme tune of Benny Hill playing, Benny Hill was all the rage at the time, it would have livened procedure's up, it would have helped them take their minds off things as they fired off into corpses, it's the same old cliche, it's not provable no matter what you say.

No your wrong, he even made a video proclaiming such results, he said they couldn't have been made by the rifle with the silencer fitted, but could have been made by the rifle without it fitted.  Bambers legal team suggested this as well.
