Not sure how quick washing machines were in 1985. If there was the option of a 30 minute quick wash he had time in either location.

If he just wore a wet suit, he just needed to wash the wet blood off in a shower.

He could then leave the wet suit at WHF. Or cycle back in it.

Bamber had his own bedroom at WHF. He could wash, change and leave his clothes at either location.

He could leave his washed clothes in with Nevill's clothes at WHF.

These may have been items that the police burnt.

If there was no or minimal blood on his clothes, he may have just changed & not washed his clothes. Either at WHF or Goldhanger.

Then washed and/or destroyed his clothes over the next month.

He could hang his clothes up at Goldhanger, in Nevill's bedroom, or in his WHF Bedroom.

So if he used WHF, where did he dry them?

Didn't need to dry them. Just hang them up. Let them dry.

He was at Goldhanger for at least 36 minutes. Assume enough time for a quick spin. Then hang up his clothes.

He had no time constraints at WHF. The clothes could be in the washing machine while he is staging the scene.

He then either wears the clothes back to Goldhanger.  Or changes and leaves them in Nevill's/his bedroom at WHF.

A problem with leaving them at WHF, is he could not dispose of them himself.

However he may have been confident enough to leave them in Nevill's bedroom or his WHF bedroom.

Nevill's clothes may have been burnt.

Lots of options -

Two properties.

Two washing machines.

Three bedrooms.

No/minimal time constraints.

His own clothes at WHF.

A shower available at WHF if he just wore a wet suit.

Possibility no or minimal blood on his clothes. So option of just hanging up.

Putting clothes with Nevill's clothes.

Once changed and clothes washed, he had a month to dispose if he so chose.
