How did Nevill end up positioned across the chairs?

For me,he was sitting on a chair which had the trousers and clothing on it being poked and beaten before toppling off the chair exhausted. The clothing went flying, landind in front of the scuttle,Nevill ended up partly supported by the back of the chair,the scuttle and crouching on his left leg while leaning against the wall.He was then shot in the head and the scuttle and clothing soaked up the blood.
Thats how I think it must have happened Roch.

I always believed it could have been staged managed. And I am not alluding to a conspiracy theory either

It seemed such an unnatural position, from either the gulity party placing him there or him himself taking him to that position for his last moments

I believe there is a photo which shows the angle of Nevil relative to the vertical plane which shows how unlikely it was that Nevil simply slumped into this position?

If true and this photo is available would help if we could see it?

I think only possibly an expert could make a professional estimation on that. In regards to the bullet trajectory in the kitchen referencing nevill.

I have always believed that if Jeremy is gulity he would have wanted his father collapsed on the floor near the kitchen telephone. Which gives creedance to the  " dad phoned said shelia went crazy and then the phone went dead"

The chair is on it's side, it's one of the chairs with the arms. The top of the chair is pointing towards the aga end of the kitchen and and the legs towards the door end. Nevill is perched on the part of the chair that forms the back. His right leg is wedged underneath him and his body is slightly slumped to the left next to the wall.

It's on it's side, imagine that the chair has it's back to the wall in a seating position ........ from that position, it's been tipped to the left and Nevill is wedged on the part that forms the back of the chair. This may be why his bottoms were pulled down because (and with all respect) it's wedged between his buttocks.

That is correct.

The perfect position for Bamber to shoot him 4 more times in the head.

Also the perfect position for Bamber to pull his pyjama top up and burn his back with the heated rifle end. As Bamber said was done in his 2012 CCRC submission.

The nearest items were used by Bamber to put Nevill into position - chair & coal scuttle.
