All in the COA list.

Nothing damming their, it was the fire arms officers who said the bible had been moved when looking at the crime scene photos.

I think the likes of Carruso and Vanezis should be speaking up and giving their opinion about the Aga evidence Bubo.
Still,I suppose that would be inapropriate while the evidence is being considered at the moment by the CCRC!

I would be very surprised if the legal and CT team had not sourced a second opinion to confirm PB's findings. I have already commented on Carruso here.

Dr Carruso has since passed away due to cancer.

I doubt they would think much of what Boyce is saying. Carruso was a head surgeon at the Phoenix Medical Center Burns unit and Vanezis needs no introduction. Boyce is not experienced or qualified in wounds that are not firearm related. Moreover his initial findings supported what Carruso and Vanezis have said in the past.

OK thanks for the info Dave.
So you think the rifle made the burns too?

How about him falling onto the Aga, during the fight, Jeremy leaving a Nevill close to death, whilst proceeding upstairs to despatch the rest of the family, then finishing him off upon egress of the building?

Why would JB leave him near to death Steve, why wouldn't he make sure before going upstairs?
And if he was that near death how did he end up on the chair scuttle?
How long are you talking about leaving Nevill lying there? Fifteen minutes?
We are led to believe the burns took considerably longer to form, albeit we dont have all the details yet!

Considering the largest mark has a an unburned area in the centre. I don't really see what else could have caused it. Also you can see in the top right that the burn mark is bleeding slightly. There is no blood on the AGA handle as far as I can see.

Did both Pathologists who examined the photo or Vanezis who examined Neville’s  body mention the fact that the top mark was bleeding, I can’t remember reading it that’s all?

But remember Vanezis said the burns were in the midline of the back Dave, full of bunps and dips surely?
The bleeding may have occured after Nevill got up and moved his head up down or sideways.Or if he was moved later on by the police. No real necessity for the wounds to bleed before they were stretched upon movement is there Dave?

Am I reading it right Snow, are you now saying the burn mark was bleeding?  Who says the skin was broken to cause bleeding, please post the documents, how I understand it, the skin wasn’t broken, hence why they was asking if they were old wounds at trial,  also there was no peeling.  From a first aid point of view, very rare you got bleeding from  first degree burns, might from second degree burns, but that’s deeper into the skin,  first degree burns are usually in the epidermis, the blood is in the next layer called the dermis. The difference with a burn is the heat actually stops the blood from flowing.  Anyway, you seem to have read what Vanezis has documented, so I will be corrected when you post where he say’s  the wounds were bleeding?

It is Dave who talks about bleeding in post 368 HB.
Do we know if the burns were 1st,2nd or 3rd degree?

Do we know if anyone other than Boyce, Boo, and you think they're burns?

What else Jane?
I thought most claimed they were burns, either by the Aga or the rifle barrel?
