The  Judge had form for assisting in wrongful convictions in the early and late 70's.  Yes, the prosecutor for Bamber assisted witnesses to withhold facts.

You may call it "withholding facts", but I'm willing to bet that both prosecutors and defenders see it only as extracting needful answers to posed questions. We've all seen witnesses cut off/prevented? from going further, than necessary, with their responses -and I very much doubt that such is fiction. Both legal teams know exactly what the want to extract from the witness and they have no intention of allowing loose tongues to get in the way.

It is possible that he was pinned in that position by the kitchen chairs and the table which were disturbed in a struggle, He fell between the furniture and the Aga and was trapped.

It is if you would like to make up a whole new crime scene.

I am talking about this case. Not other cases. Conniving to hide facts during a prosecution can lead to MOJ's.  If in other cases a defence team connives to withhold facts to secure an acquittal, then such behaviour can lead to wrongful acquittals.

It's not making a whole new crime scene, just one element of it.

In fairness the position he was found in suggests strongly that he was manouvered there. The laws of gravity suggesting nothing could be an alternative. However all interpretations must remain open

If yesterday you hated me. Then today you can not stop the love that binds from me to you. And you to me

Not make up a new one just showing how the one presented was constructed in the kitchen and main bedroom by pointing to evidence that suggests manipulation.

Nothing suggest that Nevill was trapped against the AGA.

With all the twists and turns to make things fit, I'm not sure what case we'er even discussing here!

You think a judge / prosecutor involved in about 27 or so wrongful convictions is nothing.

You think a prosecutor who uses slight of hand in the courtroom to conceal a blood group match with the patriarch of the prosecution witnesses, is nothing.

You think that Vanezis' testimony that he thinks the cut on Sheila's forefinger might be smearing, is nothing.

You think the same pathologist waded in on behalf of the government, against about 13 doctors, regarding the lack of blood in the Dr David Kelly suicide, is nothing.

You think the same pathologist providing expert evidence in another wrongful conviction, is nothing.

I had always thought after the first shot Sheila reached involuntarily for her neck with her forefinger. By this stage Jeremy had already had his "mental blank" with the bashing of Nevill with the rifle butt, so unsurprising he misjudged the placement of the first bullet. He made no such mistake with the second.

He was staged - by Bamber.
