Think the first few blows may have been while holding the rifle conventionally. But switched as he still was showing signs of life.

I don't think there were any blows (with the muzzle end). Have you read Terezon on the photo of Nevill's arm?

This was an intial summary of BuboBubo's Sheila scenario which took about an hour.

A day long summary would be much more brutal.

It is worse than David's (5), ILB, Rob & Snow66!'s summaries as it has nothing to do with the crime scene.

As a stand alone scenario with a new invented crime scene, it has dozens of invented conversations, actions and trips to the toilet.

Impossible to prove one of these happened, let alone dozens.

Any scenario should be minimalistic. We don't need a 2 hour build up.

Five minutes before the first shot up to the last shot is sufficient.

It just needs to be shown the actual massacre process can match the crime scene in a credible way.

A lot of BuboBubo's scenario does not match the crime scene. So is dismissed before it even starts.

He has said he believes the crime scene was staged although has no proof.

The problem is my Bamber scenario matches the crime scene like a glove.

So BuboBubo is well aware he has to create a credible Sheila scenario which matches the crime scene evidence. This has never been done by anyone.

Unlike Rob & ILB, hopefully a second scenario will be submitted.

Still clinging to the staged crime scene
What about all the cycling, climbing through windows, phoning JM, looking up phone numbers, making false phone calls to the police are these not part of your scenario

BuboBubo's scenario also has invented actions I do not believe would happen.

But appreciate that is just my opinion.

These are on page 1.

Same old same old. every post talks about not matching the crime scene. He must have a pet parrot who he is training to say this  rather than 'who's a pretty boy' 'Does not match the crime scene' 'Does not match the crime scene.

YES I DO the Aga burns is the clearest

I am not claiming they did. It appears you cannot read. Spec savers recommended and a few Janet and John books to start. See reply 27 answering the self same question. Just differently worded

It would be great for an accused person to create a brand new crime scene.

Then say 'look, it wasn't me. It was him/her'.

That is not how the legal system works.

The accepted crime scene from 1985 must be used.

BuboBubo complains about me creating threads on the sourced evidence.

I don't really like him inventing new crime scenes & saying the crime scene was staged.

But have not complained to the moderators about that.

What part or law in the Criminal justice system makes this obligatory
