The best the CCRC could have done in 2011 was conclude that the silencer was absent when Nevills back was burned,if the rifle was indeed used at all which was in doubt.This would have proved very little.

But Nevill lying against the Aga is a completely different ball game,a scenario which is very damaging indeed to the prosecution case in my opinion ILB.

To be fair that is a good point.

It became overheated by the police burning stuff for which it was not designed. it is designed for slow burning coal or coke. Maybe they stoked it up at night so there was plenty of hot water in the morning for their guests. They had a lot of fuel in the large coal house where Bruce was kept
