Seems that BuboBubo is saying the police shot Sheila. Although has no evidence of this.

To cover this the police instantly -

Moved June.

Moved Nevill.

Lifted Nevill.

Put Nevill's pyjama top on.

Cut things up.

Burnt things.

Changed rugs.

Cleared away blood.

Moved items.

----------

Not sure why they didn't just say Sheila was found with 2 shots.

Also not sure how this covers things up.

If the police shot Sheila with there own weapon, the bullet would be different. So banged to rights.

Bamber shot Sheila twice.

With the same weapon in virtually identical positions.

She was knocked out but still breathing after the first shot.

After June & Nevill had needed 15 shots, he thought Sheila receiving 2 shots would not be an issue.

Adam - if you are going to refer to the views of another member please summarise those views accurately.  It does annoy members when you distort what they have said or selectively take points out of context.  I do not want to debate this with you but I do ask for your cooperation.

Thank you.

This is a correct summary of BuboBubo's position.

He is free to correct me. But can't. So is whinging to moderators again.

OK thanks for that but CAL got most of her info from the very people who framed him. Only you know the Cook friend bit so I accept this. It does not change Birds action and recordings.

Who else would know better than Bird himself and he told CAL he was a trainee.

Not sure why the police would do all of the above if they shot Sheila.

The ballistics expert would just say the police shot Sheila once as the police bullet would be different.

If the police accidentually shot an already dead Sheila with the rifle, they could -

Admit it.

Say Sheila shot herself twice.

----------

No reason to start moving bodies, moving, cutting & burning items.

Hopefully BuboBubo clarifies whether he believes the police shot Sheila with one of there own weapons, or with the murder weapon.

For me it is a no win choice. But a choice he has to make.

I doubt any police hands went within 3 feet of the rifle trigger prior to the photographer arriving. No reason to.

If the police did accidentially shoot an already dead Sheila with the murder weapon, it does not make Bamber innocent.

However a 38 year old cover up would not look good.

Good luck in finding it.

I am not so sure about that Steve, shooting the ASSAILANT would have been acceptable in order to try and save one or more of the victims, but to shoot an innocent victim would have caused an uproar.

Are you suggesting such occurred, Snow?

I agree he was a trainee. It does not change what he did or reported in his statements. But only if CAL is not telling porkies. Some of her info has been challenged for inaccuracy.

I never claimed this and you know it. You are posting misleading information. I believe it is possible that they did inflict a second wound with the Brno. This was meant to look like a survivable wound. They later swapped the bullet (PV20) because it did not have the rifling marks of the Anschutz. Nor did it fragment as shown in the Xray which I believe is a mock up fake, which was to be used to show that the wound was survivable for a limited period.

See my posts on the swapped bullet and She thought she was dead.
