I'm going to be honest with you here. Of course he could have gone out and bought a light and attached it to the bicycle if we are going by the gulity narrative.

The evidence reference the transport though as it stands are Vauxhall Astra, a ladies bike without a headlight, and walking

The transportation of this crime is left to speculation. Whether it be me you, relatives ,cps, DDP ccrc, Essex police, man and his dog

You say the " successful prosecution case is he used a bike" not strictly true. None of us were on that jury and the transportation could have been anything. They knew he drove. They knew he had legs and feet.

But then ask yourself this. If bamber had used the bike. He could have disposed of it on the return journey. And then walked the remainder to goldhanger.

Lots of nooks and crannies about. If he used the bike he would want to get rid of it. He could have cycled to WHf and then walked back which would give the impression ( if gulity ) that June's bike was just at WHF and he had never used it.

Bike lights are a bit like a warm air heater - effective in a straight line for about 2 feet.

But every little helps.

But there wasn't a bicycle unaccounted for. Ann Eaton saw the bike in Jeremy's back yard on 30 August, covered in yellow, sulphurous mud.

Bamber cycled via the sea wall.

Rob & ILB believe he used a bicycle light.

I believe there would be enough ambient light & Bamber knew the route fully. It was a 20 minute cycle ride on good terrain with minimal time limits.

A possibility he did a trial run as Julie said.

Also a possibility the bike had a light attached as 'every little helps'.

So there was June Bambers Bike there. At his house

Where the prosecution cycle theory was born

He didn't cycle the sea wall

The source you provided was weak and not applicable

I have provided dozens of sources.

Today I have provided 3 on this thread - Miller, COA, DI Wilkinson.

This thread has been up a long time.

Everyone ruled out driving in 1985 and in the last 38 years.

Obviously he cycled via the sea wall.

Top 5 advantages of cycling the Sea Wall -

Passed no properties.

Good terrain & lightness.

Knew the route.

Quicker & less tiring than walking.

Several sea wall entrance/exit options.

The prosecution or other people may have other advantages they feel should be in the top 5. Such as a bike is silent.

Stop trying to goad.

Miller is an opinion and theory, a police officer a senior officer

Touche Wilkinson ( a junior CID)

Both were involved in bringing the prosecution case against Bamber. They are not sources obviously they are biased opinions
Opinions of Essex police in that they in league with the DPP put forward the case against Bamber

The COA is not a source. It is a court for challenging convictions which are alleged to be MOJ

You are the one who tries to goad. You suggested both Rob and lookout had an opinion on what transportation method Bamber used when both believe he is innocent

Yes I am not even in the reasonable doubt camp ILB, I believe Bamber is innocent though I pray that I am wrong!
