Both shot in bed.


Bamber opens fire on June from her side of the bed.

Evidence:

Bullet cartridge locations.

June shot 5 times in bed.


Nevill starts to wake & react.

Evidence:

Nevill found downstairs.


Bamber manages 2 face shots into Nevill from inches away. Shots from Junes side of the bed.

Evidence:

Nevill received 2 face shots from inches away.

Bullet cartridge locations.

Rifle long enough to reach across the bed.


Bamber fires 2 shots into the back of Nevill's shoulder and arm as Nevill gets out of bed. From June's side of the bed.

Evidence:

Nevill received 2 shots into back of shoulder and arm.

Bullet cartridge locations.


Nevill exits bedroom.

Evidence:

Nevill found downstairs.

Rob agrees but is disputing one bullet into the shoulder which has a downward trajectory. I have explained this was Bamber shooting down into Nevill as Nevill got out of bed.

David said Nevill would have bled onto his side of the bed. I have explained the 3-5 seconds it would take for Nevill to get out of bed after his 2 face shots is not long enough for this to happen.

Bullet holes? The bullets hit the bodies not the bed.

Nevill was in the process of getting out of bed when shot twice in the face from inches away. Not enough time for blood to form inside the mouth & then drip onto the bed.

Nevill's body shots from feet away were when he was out of bed. These were not areas of high blood flow.

It is surprising that one of David's two reasons for completely changing stance from 'all the forensics point to Jeremy' is because there was no blood on Nevill's side of the bed.

He was probably just out of bed crouching down with his back to Bamber.  Trying to avoid further bullets.

No it's you saying its plausible that's the problem, it cannot happen with Nevil in bed and JB below the shoulder line. Please look at the diagram.
