Quite apart from the way the evidence was presented at trial which nugnug has previously outlined in his posts by Richard Gill and David Kurten. We should also take in to account the overall position of Maternity Services in the UK.
Having informed myself during the trial I was in two minds. Either she was a mentally impaired young lady (maybe something like MBP) or was this an attempt by the hospital to scapegoat her for their own shortcomings.

Recently the BBC produced this report.

A woman undergoing a breech birth in labour is irrelevant to the Lucy Letby case.
