Is anyone able to outline exactly what is being inferred?

It is easy to join up the dots Roch from the various snippets of information.  There are references to Starmer's close association with Lord Ali.  It is suggested that the three accused of arson are not just male models but at least in one case are "escorts".  The innuendo is that all this is linked.  Parallels have been drawn with Jeremy Thorpe.

I nearly put the Jeremy Thorpe case as an example myself NGB

From the Daily Mirror
Officials were last night investigating possible Russian involvement in arson attacks at properties linked to Keir Starmer. The probe comes as three Ukrainian-born men were charged after two homes and a car were torched.

The government is looking at whether the men were recruited by the Kremlin and police are said to be keeping an “open mind”. Petro Pochynok, 34, is accused of conspiring to damage by fire with intent to endanger life. The PM’s former Toyota RAV4 was set alight on May 8, a property where he once lived in Islington, North London, on May 11, and his old home in Kentish Town, which his wife’s sister rents.

Models Roman Lavrynovych, 21, and Stanislav Carpiuc, 26, are charged with plotting arsons between April 17 and May 13. Pochynok and Lavrynovych are Ukrainian citizens and Carpiuc is Romanian.

All three, who deny the charges against them, were remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey on June 6. Counter-terrorism police and prosecutors say the motive remains under investigation, while talks continue on how to respond if Russia proves to be involved.

A Western intelligence source told this paper: “Russian involvement was the first option considered after these incidents took place.

I really doubt this.  They seem an unlikely trio to be Russian agents.  In addition, what would Russia gain from arson attacks like this?  I suspect misinformation to create a diversion here.

Thanks ngb. But what would be the possible 'escorts' motive?

A grudge against Starmer based on some personal interaction at some point?  Possibly a blackmail attempt?

I assume security services would be well aware of any secret life of Starmer.

Have you ever wondered about similarities with Tony Blair? The Charles Lynton thing?  Two prime ministers to the right of the labour party, both being 'allowed' to govern in the absence of preferred Tory administrations. Both groomed for that very scenario and both compromised?

I am sure the security services are aware of Starmer's private life.

I was aware of the "Charles Lynton" episode and if it is not true it is surprising that steps were not taken to prevent publication.  I think there are parallels - there is quite open speculation, as well as some clear information, about Starmer and Lord Ali.  The "male models" arson attacks may of course be entirely unconnected with this and of no significance.  I imagine Private Eye know a lot, but there may be powerful legal reasons for their lack of coverage to date.

The Kremlin has rejected claims of potential Russian involvement in alleged arson attacks at properties connected to Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer, calling them "ludicrous".
It comes after media reports that UK security officials are investigating a potential link following three incidents earlier this month.
In response, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Monday: "London tends to suspect Russia of [involvement in] all the bad things happening in Great Britain.
"As a rule, all these suspicions are groundless and not backed up with any evidence."
Three men, two Ukrainian nationals and a Romanian man, have been charged as part of a police investigation into the attacks.
Several UK newspapers have claimed MI5 is investigating the possibility the attacks were ordered by the Kremlin, citing unnamed Whitehall officials.
Last week, Ukrainian national Petro Pochynok, 34, from north London, was charged by the Metropolitan Police with conspiracy to commit arson with intent to endanger life.
Two other men have also been charged in connection with the fires. Roman Lavrynovych, 21, has been charged with arson with intent to endanger life, while Stanislav Carpiuc, 26, has been charged with conspiracy to commit arson with intent to endanger life.
The three men, who have already appeared in court for initial hearings, have been remanded in custody until the next scheduled hearing at the Old Bailey in London on 6 June.
On 8 May, a car the prime minister had sold to a neighbour caught fire on the Kentish Town street where he lived before moving to Downing Street.
Three days later, firefighters dealt with a small fire at the front door of an Islington house, where Sir Keir lived during the 1990s and which has since been converted into flats.
On 12 May, the fire brigade and police were called to a fire at the prime minister's private home on the same street as where the car fire took place.
Sir Keir previously described the incidents as "an attack on all of us, on democracy and the values that we stand for".
Downing Street and the Metropolitan Police have so far declined to comment on reports that potential Russian involvement is being investigated.

It's a very queer how-do-you-do, in the old sense of the word of course.
I have nothing to offer but blood, toil, tears and furballs.

Sounds a bit tongue in cheek, in the old sense of the term.

The detail that one of the fires was at a property where Starmer "lived during the 90's" is odd. Is there some detail we are not being told here that would give the rumours extra impetus? The three suspects cannot possibly have any knowledge of a property that Starmer lived at in the 90's. So how does the property in question tie in to Starmer and the suspects? Given their ages it is not possible that they visited that address "in the 90's". This odd detail made me recall something George Galloway mentioned. He mentioned arson at properties linked to Starmer and Lord Alli. There are already reported cases of Starmer receiving largesse from Lord Alli allowing Starmer to stay in his lavish properties for free. Is the property in Islington owned by Lord Alli? Is this how the young Ukrainian rent boys are aware of any connection to Starmer?

I suspect that you may be right on the connection with Ali.  I am convinced that there are some powerful injuction in force gringo, because otherwise there would be more reported in the press.
