Personally, I think his relatives were self-serving and ruthless.  He didn't see them coming.  Quite why a guilty Bamber would underestimate such ruthlessness among his cousins is a mystery to me.  It makes more sense that he had simply already burned his bridges with Robert and Ann prior to the killings.

I am somebody who honestly believes that the memory of the victims is actually insulted - by having a false version of events hoisted upon the case, in order to achieve the conviction of JB.

He was too trusting of them Roch and viewed them as his friends, not his enemies ( how gullible of Jeremy ). Neville would have taken an entirely different stance, being nobody's fool.
The case would have turned on its head had Neville still been alive.Someone wanted him out of the way and it wasn't Jeremy.

The relatives were already wealthy.

They simply didn't believe Sheila in her fragile condition killed her mother, father, two sons, and herself. By reloading twice and brutally fighting Nevill. Without getting any gun residue, oil, injuries or damage to her nightie.

Bamber was the only other possible suspect. With a motive, opportinity, no alibi and knowledge there was something wrong at the farm.

They had a point.

Policemen testified Jeremy told them on the massacre night, he phoned Witham police station. But got no answer. Jeremy has never denied saying this on the night.

However when testifying he said he did not phone Witham police station.

The judge rightly poured scorn on this in his summing up.

One thing is for sure, Witham police station said they received no phone call from Jeremy. However Chelmsford police station got through to Witham police station straight away. Straight after Jeremy's alleged unanswered call.

No.  PC Michael West did not get through to Witham straight away.  After some effort, he managed to locate PC Robin Saxby via a personal radio link, only after having been informed by Malcolm Bonnet at HQIR that the crew of CA7 had recently arrived at Witham.

Sheila didn't shoot herself, and neither did Jeremy shoot her, not in the kitchen 97.37am), and not in the bedroom (after 8.10am) with use of the family rifle at a first floor window (7.15am). A Police Officers Report details the true circumstances surrounding the first shooting incident in the kitchen - so, how can Jeremy have shot her in the kitchen?

Bamber's own video says the relatives were wealthy. They owned houses and farm land, so not exactly destitute.

To suggest the relatives tried to frame an innocent man of 5x murder of his own family, persuading the police to participate, just because of some land,  is preposturous.

1 minute 17 seconds.

Right.

No Still Wrong

Bamber's own video says the relatives were wealthy. They owned houses and farm land, so not exactly destitute.

That video is quoting what the Jury were told and it was false. see attachment below

To suggest the relatives tried to frame an innocent man of 5x murder of his own family, persuading the police to participate, just because of some land,  is preposturous.

To suggest someone would stage a mass murder suicide involving five members of his own family, fooling the police into believing otherwise, just because of some land, is even more preposterous.

Alright, the relatives framed an innocent man of murdering five members of his family.  Because they were poor. The farm houses and farm land they owned in the prosperous mid 80's were of no value.

Bamber's own video which says the relstives 'were already wealthy' is wrong.

The relatives, police and Julie all had totally different outlandish reasons for wanting to frame Bamber. They worked in unison to achieve this. The relatives because of apparent land issues.

You are misinterpreting and taking the video out of context.

This is what the evidence shows took place. This has been explained to you probably over one hundred times now

The video says - "They were told that the family would inherit. But they were already wealthy in their own right. So had no reason to lie."

Not sure what else Bamber can say to confirm that farm, home and land owners were already wealthy. But as he said the relatives framed him for killing his own family over land issues, not money.

The evidence shows Julie, the police and the relatives framed Bamber ? Might need you to run that past me one more time.
