[30] As regards the discovery of the deceased's body, the appellant's position was that he had walked some yards ("not even 20 yards" and other estimates being given) past the "V" point with his dog, which had been trained as a tracker dog. It had gone straight to the wall at that point and started clawing up at it.

Had Jodie not been found when she was at what point would her family have contacted the police and at what point would the police have acted?

Had Mia not trained as a tracker dog would it have found Jodie as quickly as it did?

Was the perp aware of the impending heavy rain?  If so was he (she?) relying on the weather to wash away any forensic evidence?

The dog was never trained as a tracker dog. Its the "appellant's position" that it was, but the truth is not so.

And its "Training" not "Trng"

Source please.

You will find 'trng' is a common abbreviation for 'training'.

Corrine and Sandra have claimed the dog was trained by an ex military dog trainer. But for some inexplicable reason he was unable to testify at Luke's trial.  ::)

After much pressure Corrine admitted on another forum (TapaTalk). That the dogs training consisted of nothing but Luke playing fetch with the dog.

In 2010 on TapaTalk. After being asked numerous times to elaborate on what was being claimed about this alleged tracking dog. Corrine Mitchell eventually wrote this about the dog.

"How would you define "fully trained" ?
She was set a "target" say, Luke, for example. or a toy. She found her target EVERY time. One one occasion Luke set out to "fool" her. It did't work.....she found him anyway!
Dog expert who was called up from London to test her even put "target" ( which was a toy in this instance) up a tree.!!!!!
I said ...she was a dog....not a cat.....dogs don't climb trees!  He told me he would expect a reaction of the dog would be to indicate to him that the dog knew the target was indeed in the tree........She did and passed with flying colours.
So. if the dog is set a target, and she finds that target EVERY single time.........how much more do you want?.....how much further can she go than to find her target every time?"

Despite her son racking up the most expensive legal aid bill in Scottish criminal history. She then goes on to say that the person who trained the dog never testified at his trial because it cost too much money.

She then goes onto imply that the police have framed Luke by taking and concealing his green jacked.

"one last point about the "Parka"
The police are well aware we never burned the thing..............THEY HAVE IT!!!!!!!!"

She seems to have forgotten that her own son admitted that she was burning something that night.

If I believed in Luke's claims of innocence. I would be very very concerned by these comments.

I am not really interested in what interested parties have to say about the case.  Mrs Mitchell is no more a disinterested party than Mrs Jones is.

The defence at trial appear to have relied upon the fact that Mia has some professional training:

Pathetic.  Grow up.  You're embarrassing.

Its obvious you've had no training in anything so you are obviously oblivious to the fact the word 'training' is abbreviated to 'trng' which is handy if you run out of space.

I do wish you would refrain the childish taunting of CC about her alcohol consumption. It shows you as a mean spirited individual who behaves like a naughty child in a nursery. Please do not do it ,it is both rude and shameful behaviour.
It is not her specifically that I am supporting but would say the same if you behaved in this way to any poster.
I think you should face a ban if you continue with this and I will be contacting NGB about this.

If I recall correctly, you once called me a "barstard" and a "disgrace". For simple debunking one of your theories.

This was because you were continually misrepresenting my arguments. Some of these were so puerile it was obvious they were to goad rather than address the issues. What's more  I did not repeat these same insults every few days. I can do withoiut the bible quotes thanks. from the same mouth come both blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not to be this way. James 3.10

I agree with this and I, too, would kindly ask David to stop this.

However, I think it should be pointed out that this woman has brought the taunting and goading entirely on herself through her own obnoxious behaviour on this Forum towards other members, which began the very first day she came on here.  As well as others, she has wasted no opportunity to goad me and continued to do that today on the Ray Gilbert threat.

She is a moderator on the Red Forum, where her screenhandle is Holly Goodhead.  At one point, she hinted that she would use her privileged access on the Red Forum to reveal my true identity.  I doubt she has that information, but I had to issue her with a legal notice here on the Forum (cc'd to Mike Tesko and NGB1066) and I reiterate that legal threat now.  I will bring the law down on anybody who threatens me and my family.  Certain others on here may wish to take note of that too.

I understand that she in fact believes Jeremy Bamber to be innocent and is deliberately posting as a pro-guilt person on this Forum in order to disrupt and demoralise present efforts to release Jeremy.

Just so you know who we are dealing with.  She is a nasty piece of work.

However, now that this has been aired, I reiterate I agree with your request to David and I hope David takes this on board.

I anticipate that I will not be a member of this Forum much longer.  The knives are out for me again.  I don't crawl up to people.

You are correct.  The forum has seen enough of your aggressive and at times bullying behaviour, both on the open forum and in PMs.  You have been banned twice before and now you are banned for a third time.  This time the ban is permanent.

I agree that the joke about alcohol consumption has more than run its course and should now stop.  It has gone from a joke (just about acceptable) to goading (not acceptable).  I hope this makes the position clear.

Could that admonition please be extended to 'jokes' concerning posters changing their minds.
