Caylee Anthony murder

So does anyone have any views on this trial??

Juror members now  giving interviews saying that although they think she was guilty the prosecution did not supply enough evidence for them to come back with a guilty verdict!

Her mum will be released on July17th after spending 3 years on remand awaiting the trial, she always said a 'babysitter' abducted Caylee but later said Caylee drowned accidently in the family pool! why then was her body found with duck tape covering her mouth and nose some six months later.

The poor little girl will never get the justice she deserved! tossed out like a piece of trash!

Totally agree with you Joolz!! Watched the whole trial and the prosecution more than proved their case , they even had the defense witnesses agreeing with them so really fail to understand how those jurors could come back with a not guilty verdict.

To me if they were not going to find her guilty of murder then they should have come back with the lesser charge of child neglect! poor kid was missing for 31 days before anyone reported it to the police!

Actually think shes guilty as hell so im majorly dissapointed that the jury members that thought she was guilty were swayed one by one after pressure from the other jurors!

Was horrified that the jury could give this verdict after the amount of evidence presented. They were only out for 11 hours and didn't ask to see any of the exhibits and from what one of the alternate jurors has said had already made up their minds early on in the case.
So sad that this little girl can be bagged up and tossed out in a swamp whilst her mother lies and parties up a storm and that no one is being held accountable for it.
What really pisses me of is that she is now going to make millions from chat shows/interviews/books and is even talking about having more children!!
Really hope that she never has a minutes peace for the rest of her life

At the very least her and her family should be prevented from profiting from the case!

From what i understand Andrea she stating that Caylee died after drowning in the pool but not sure if its 100% clear who was looking after her at the time.

Its been said they made it look like she was abducted and murdered because they panicked when it was found she accidently died!

Thats my understanding of what is supposed to have happened. But still. why leave it a month to report and as you said before, why the duct tape? Why the elaborate lies? It would have been simpler to say she fell into the water right away. So maybe that is not what happened?

i can see why the jury found her innocent im not saying she was innocent but there was just about enough for reasonable doubt.

There was definitely more than enough evidence to find her guilty.

no i am just going by the Wikipedia link jools posted.

you got to remember it was a death penalty case so a jury has to be unanimous

there may have been a lot to find her guilty and there is lot that goes against her.

but i don't think enough to go sentencing someone to death.

so i can see why the jury voted not guilty.

what goes in her favor is the fact she was offered a deal and didn't take it despite knowing what consequences of refusing  could be
