Accidental discharge is a complete no, no.  Sheila was considered dead by first respondents evidenced by at least one gunshot wound at 7.30 am.  The police surgeon confirmed this at 8.30 am.  DC Bird took photos around 10.30 am.  This was the first time Sheila had been interfered with in terms of DI Cook lifting her arm.  The pathological evidence puts the difference between the two shots at a few minutes max. 

The pathologist has always maintained he was unable to say whether Sheila was murdered or took her own life. 

Prof Knight said a few seconds for blood to emit from gunshot wounds but the time difference between the two shots was put at a max of a few minutues.

I don't think you understand what I mean. In any event, it's possible for police to accidentally discharge in to a corpse.

It is a possibility that two shots can fire off if Sheila still had her finger on the trigger from the first shot as it was a semi-automatic.

The wounds were not immediately fatal but would have been if others hadn't supervened.  I don't believe it had anything to do with the power of the rifle.  If the victims received head shots or shots to vital organs then they might well have been immediately fatal.  Bamber couldn't inflict shots directed at the head or heart as he needed the scene to look amateurish and frenzied.

My earlier post was saying there is very unlikely to be time for Nevill's blood to drip on the bed & bedroom carpet.

Due to a combination of the rifle & Nevill's instant movements up & out of the bed/bedroom.

Very low powered compared to a shot gun.

To get out of bed - seconds & prior to Nevill's third shot. To leave the bedroom, - a few seconds again.

As said, any carpet blood drops from Nevill, would be negated by June's/Sheila's. Prior to the carpet burning.

Blood spill v movement?  You would need to look at other aspects such as casings, distance of shots, bullet paths in flight (trajectories) and wound tracks.  Waste of time with the muppet supporters.

I scanned the list and picked up on the thread re the rifle with silencer not fitting in the gun cupboard.  Bamber never claimed this.  You're wrong about this so what else is wrong?
