Absolutely shocking Roch, disgusted in you mate. The guy didn’t give evidence at court because he was too ill, he risked his life to save a woman being attacked and shot and got stabbed and he’s recently just died. He was an ex miner who was part of the Mines Rescue service, hang your head in Shame.
With respect RJ, I should be allowed to question whether his claims / testimony were bona-fide, regardless of emotive stuff around his age, alleged bravery, previous occupation etc. At best, he has been injured while attacking an assailant who was carrying out an operation. I do not believe that is fault of the convicted party, nor the fault of those questioning the conviction.
