Three Letters from Jeremy - before Christmas 2010

I am publishing three letters which Jeremy wrote to me recently (before Christmas) which serve to highlight the state of his mind, in the long wait for the CCRC's decision as to whether or not, to refer his case back to the Court of appeal, and how he has finally come to realize that he was set up, by his relatives, and the police,to be convicted for these murders...

These were published by Mike on the Sleuthing for Justice site back on 31/12/10 but were on his Flickr account which no longer exists. I didn't read them at that time but am also not aware of them being published anywhere else.

I would never write anything personal to you. Priavate means PRIVATE.
That was was what got me really upset about this board. An admin publishing pm´s. Not good

You need to show me evidence that I have ever posted Private PM's sent to me by members of this forum/board, before I can respond to your criticism, you need to give me at least one little example because I haven't got a clue what you are talking about?

Yes, that Flickr account was no longer necessary because the current site was in the pipeline where I can post it all, and it is under my control - hope this explains the current position. As for the letters mentioned, I shall be reposting them along with the hundreds of others at some point or other. At the time most of these letters were written between Jeremy and me, he was aware that I would be divulging the contents to third parties because of the nature of work I was carrying out on his behalf when there was only a handful of people helping him at a time when he could not get legal aid...

I also kept copies of all the letters I wrote back to Jeremy, which details the third parties I discussed and showed the contents of his letters to, so it is an historical account of events and worthy of publication, in my view - at some point. Of course, some of the things which Jeremy wrote to me about were personal matters which he asked me never to divulge to anyone, and I would respect that, things that should never be made public knowledge...
