There has been, was and is a conspiracy to suppress the truth...

Anyone who thinks or says there has not been, was not and is not a conspiracy to suppress key evidence in this case, is wrong. You do not as it were, take 581 photographs as part of the investigation and only declare that you took 223, and encapsulate those 223 pictures in a photograph album that you then decide to call "THE MASTER COPY ALBUM", as though these were the only pictures you took, and you do not invite the defence solicitors and those representing Bamber to attend Essex police DHQ prior to the commencement of the trial in October 1986, so that they can view all of these 223 pictures, and then produce another album for use at court which you call "THE COURT ALBUM", consisting of 50 pictures taken from the wrongly labelled master copy album, and produce a schedule to show which of the 223 master copy album photographs have been selected relating to the 50 court album pictures, and you do not get a police officer to attend the trial and testify about the order that the 223 photographs were taken in, all in the name of trying to authenticate and legitimise the integrity of the police case, so that when the prosecutions case argued as it did at the trial, that it was Jeremy who had killed everyone, including his sister, and that it had been he who had been responsible for stage managing the body of Sheila (in particular) in the bedroom by placing the rifle on her body and arranging her hands upon it, and that the stage managing of her body was evidence of course that Bamber was and is the killer, when all along it was the police who stage managed the scene, it was  the police who took previously undisclosed photographs which show the barrel of the rifle in several different positions against her throat, and it was the police who moved props about at the scene and it was the police who adjusted the hem of her nightdress before they replaced the rifle between her legs, and once it becomes apparent that the police and the prosecution withheld 358 photographs many of which were capable of exposing the prosecutions case as nothing far short of a sham, which was capable and is capable of contradicting the claim that it had been Jeremy who had stage managed his sisters body in the bedroom so as to fool police into thinking Sheila took her own life, it then becomes apparent to all and sundry (or at least it should do) that the police case framed Jeremy for these murders. You cannot at this late stage, once you find out that the police took 581 photographs and that 358 were secreted away in some top secret album which became known as "THE SENIOR INVESTIGATING OFFICERS ALBUM, start saying that the existence of these further 358 pictures has no bearing on the safety or otherwise of these convictions and that the police simply made another mistake by not declaring that these other 358 photographs existed, or that they would have made a difference to the verdict of the court? Of course these withheld photographs would have made a difference to the outcome of the trial/verdict, because they showed that it had not been Jeremy who had stage managed Sheila's body in the main bedroom with the intention of fooling the police into thinking and believing and accepting that Sheila had taken her own life, it had been the police themselves who were and are responsible for stage managing her body, and fooling themselves into thinking or believing or knowing that Sheila took her own life? Once the truth is known and comes out that many of the withheld 358 pictures help to disprove the case against Jeremy, you then get organisations such as the CCRC making ridiculous statements claiming that the contents of police officers witness statements are more important and reliable that any photographs, even though many of the police officers statements that they seek to rely upon were not even made by themselves or edited by themselves? The Criminal Justice system has been brought into disrepute by the handling and processing of the evidence in this case, and the state and all its agencies and agents behave like common criminals by pretending nothing is wrong and that there has been and was not any miscarriage of justice in this case?

There has been, was and is a conspiracy by the police and those agencies and agents responsible for supposedly administering the running and implementation of the criminal justice system, and appeal processes. How can anyone say that the withholding of evidence of the scale that took place in this case, does not have any bearing upon the outcome of the verdict that was reached back in October 1986?

The Criminal Justice system has been brought into disrepute by the handling and processing of this case - how many more times are the police going to be allowed to say, "Oh, it was simply another mistake, another cock up, it was an error"? These were not mistakes, they were not cock ups, and they were not errors...

It was, is and has been a conspiracy...
