doesnt matter if it ran down, trickled down.or stayed with it landed ,the point is there was blood inside

Ever thought of the fact that Sheila would have had blood running off her hand after she'd belted her father with it ?

How did the family get access to that then?

What from her body?  They didn’t see Sheila in the house and any blood was dry?

Its been suggested on here loads of times Sami 👍

Another suggestion it was Sheila’s period blood?  How would the family know if you could tell the difference between the two, there wasn’t any internet then Sami?  Imagine if the Lab turned around and said there was blood in the silencer but it was from Sheila’s period. “WHAT” Oh she had used the silencer then, but not for shooting she used it for other means?  Who would the relatives turn to to know how you could tell the difference, Taff wasn’t interested, Stan was going away on holiday and I don’t think either of them two would know anyway, you have to remember they are plotting all this apparently BEFORE Julie had even come forward?

The idea came from a woman.

No VISIBLE difference but a marked difference under the microscope.

It's an old idea, peddled here long before I joined. It's silly.

That's not what I have read.

"Driven by the importance of forensic body fluid identification, novel methods have been extensively researched over the years including microscopic examination messengerRNA, microRNA (miRNA), and DNA methylation profiling, which have been successfully applied to the identification of blood. However, distinguishing peripheral blood from menstrual fluid with these methods has been shown to be highly challenging, and the application of more complex molecular techniques requires a considerable amount of training and experience."

The silencer/moderator is the oddest bit of evidence .

The finders statements all vary

the amount of blood varies, not enough to do the required minumum tests - bu also described as a considerable amount?

the source could have been sheilas or Robert boutflours who are not even related

the family immediately assumed it was human blood ( even though there were traces of possible  animal blood?)

the family "tried " to unscrew it ? and scrape it ? why ?

the exhibit labels were changed

it was handled without gloves in a tube and immediate statements aabout its discovery were not taken ?

And it does not appear in Annes meticulous notes .

Its the strangest thing .

The silencer was never used as such but by God it had been tampered with !!
