i cant understand why it was moved from near her waist as you said.did he mention if he or the other officers moved it .strange
In his opening speech to the jury , Arlidge for the prosecution said” Bamber left his mothers blue-covered bible beside his sisters body”? He doesn’t say leaning against it and makes no reference to blood? According to Wilkes book.
In his summing up to the jury, he mentions again the fact “the bible was by her side and was to fake suicide”. Again he doesn’t mention touching or blood? This points to me Arlidge has been very careful about the bible, he’s not suggested it was touching resting or blood on it, probably (NGB might advise on this) so as not to miss lead the jury? Although pictures might say otherwise? Does anyone have any other info what was said at trial about the bible?
