Sheila being knocked out after the first shot.
« on: January 12, 2020, 11:01:AM »
It was an extremely damaging shot.

It would have been a fatal shot.

There is no blood evidence Sheila stood or sat up after the first shot.

Sheila was already physically weak.

Sheila was already sedated. Source COA.

Bamber was able to fire a second shot in the perfect location. Due to zero resistance.

Bamber did not challenge the police when they said Sheila could not have fired the second shot. As he knew Sheila was knocked out after the first.

Bamber suggested a third party - 'she', 'Crispy' as well as 'nerves'. As he knew Sheila was knocked out after the first shot.

Bamber would only fire a second shot as a last resort, several minutes later. He would stage the scene after the first shot. As Sheila was knocked out

Of course in the unlikely event that the two shots were fired in quick succession, Sheila was deceased a few seconds after the first shot. So only knocked out for a few seconds.

I can't imagine, wherever the first shot was taken, that she wasn't stunned.

Obviously it was impossible for Sheila to fire the second shot herself.

She was knocked out after the first shot. The first shot would have been fatal. She would not have regained conciousness prior to dying from the first shot.

As it actually makes more sense than anything else which has been suggested, I'm inclined to agree.

I don't agree that Sheila couldn't have fired both shots.  Dr Vanezis said that the first shot didn't necessarily make her rapidly lose conciousness.

45.

Sheila Caffell was also dressed in her nightwear and bare-footed. She had received two contact or near contact bullet wounds to her throat. The higher of the two wounds would have killed her almost instantaneously.

The lower of the two would have been a fatal injury but not one where death would have occurred immediately and a person having suffered such an injury may have been able to stand up and walk around for a little time. The lack of heavy blood staining to Sheila Caffell's nightdress suggested that this had not happened here.

The lower of the two injuries must have been the first since it had led to haemorrhaging inside the neck and this would not have occurred to the same extent if the other wound, which would have been immediately fatal, had preceded it.

Dr Vanezis gave evidence that the nature of the blood stains to the nightdress suggested that Sheila Caffell was sitting up when she received both injuries. After the second injury she would have immediately fallen back.

There was no evidence of any other mark or injury to Sheila Caffell's body such as might be suffered during a fight or in a scuffle.

--------------

Seems that Sheila was sitting up when shot first. She was knocked out and laid on the floor.

When returning to her, Sheila was still breathing. So she was sat up again, shot again and laid down again.

There was no struggle prior to either shot.

What? If she was sitting up for both shots, she fell backwards after the second shot. What's so hard about that?

yes theres no way shes pulling that trigger after the first shot.jb could have given her the final shot once she was laid out but still breathing

Sami, if ther rifle was reversed, surely the trigger would have had to be pushed, not pulled?

Her finger would have remained on the trigger after the first shop prompting another shot immediately after caused by an involuntary movement of her body.

Surely she would have used her thumb to pull the trigger.

Why ?

Because the gun would have been facing her.
