I'm guessing bad. The case seems to have been laid to rest.
I think you are right Pugsy, but once we have got JB released we should switch our attention.
There is no doubt in my mind M Stone is not guilty. Trouble is no one is fighting his corner.
Unfortunately this is the case for many miscarriage of justice victims. As much as they protest their innocence in the inside there is no voice for the majority of them on the outside to research, discuss and highlight their case and get the facts out into the public domain which would get the publics attention, and hopefully muster some support. Apparently those M S shares his life with in prison (guilty prisoners) all believe in his innocence, which says a lot to me.
Supporting miscarriage of justice individuals/cases can be a lonely and frustrating life, we are defintitely in the minority, but it is heartwarming that people who have an interest in justice/injustice, give their time and effort to support them in some way. I would hazzard a guess that most families who find themselves in a position where a family member/friend has been wrongly accused/convicted wouldnt have a clue as to where to start fighting their (loved ones) corner. The internet for those that have access, will show they are not alone and that there are many moj victims/families in the same position. My advice would be to make contact with these people and build up a circle of friends who have been affected themselves and also likeminded people who have knowledge as to how miscarriages of justice can and do happen, support one another. The emotional support you recieve from others will give you the strength to get up in the morning and instead of the usual thinking of how the hell did that happen (conviction) start thinking, what can I do to right this wrong, and those already involved with moj will be able to give you advice and information to help you along the way. Its a big commitment, but if you believe in the persons innocence/justice/injustice this will be what keeps you going. Sorry Cliff, Im not directing this post at you, just my thoughts about some people not having much support.
