my own opinion is that jb was a crack shot and well into firearms, remember he tried to purchase a pump action shotgun not too long before the murders, had he stuck to the shotgun,we may not be here today
You're right sami. The smoke and mirrors tactics of the Defence has obscured the real fact of just which sibling was proficient with firearms.

Having grown up on a farm and being the son of a farmer. He may have more knowledge than the average Joe. I believe though by people around jeremy and Jeremy himself he wasn't an active participant of hunting sports

That's the one I was alluding to, Sami. He actually said he fancied using one but his cousin's husband, a gun dealer, told him it wasn't a sportsman-like weapon. He had to have had an interest to have coveted a specific model.

He never liked the " shoot " which was held in August as he seemed to have spent his time as a beater alongside Sheila.

Well I must say, tonight LOOKOUT has whooped us and I don’t mind admitting it, she has had a little help from NGB but I’ve had to go back to the drawing board and restart. 🙈🙈🙈

Well, how many pictures have you seen of boys in their teens displaying their kills? This isn't fox hunting where the juniors get blooded.

There'll have been plenty of pics of young sons of farmers displaying their catch.

but to be fair guys, why counteract the claim that Shelia wasn't either. Remember Colin and David boutflour did not spend every waking day aspect with Shelia. I find it interesting that Bamber himself did not advocate Shelia as being gun proficient. Maybe as a guilty man and being her brother he would be championing that angle? But he didn't did he?  None of us are privy to Shelia pre August 85...

How did Jeremy miss those rabbits on the night of the murders ? Did he shout " shoo " ?

I've seen plenty. However, they've been of young men dressed like their fathers and taken any where from Edwardian times, excluding war years, to the 50's. I've never seen men of my age posing for such pictures in their teens where Jeremy would have to have been. He was away for much of the time from his late teens to mid twenties, either in various jobs, Oz, or prison.

The Bamber I met In long lartin In the early nineties was in my opinion  " a Everyman type of geezer" one thing what sticks out about Jeremy ( from people who I know who were incarcerated with him in the scrubs post conviction) was his ability to adapt to prison life like a natural, quite surprising gi en his privalidged background

The very obvious answer is that there never were any rabbits. He just needed an excuse to engage with the rifle and leave it laying in a place where Sheila could see it.
