Thankyou for that Roch.
It just leaves me speechless every time this non-disclosure debacle crops up.

Many MOJ's are created by the CPS.

"In a letter dated 13 October 2013, Jeremy stated that he had now in fact seen ‘320,000 pages of the 340,000 pages that attracted PII’. In a second letter on 25 December 2013 he wrote that the entire 340,000 pages had been made available and could be used ‘in any way I so choose, but for the moment it is not going to assist me in having my appeal heard any sooner and actually it’ll muck up any future prosecution of those who deserve to be in jail’."

I was more interested in the Boyce findings. Obviously we don't have any details yet. Just an outline. The prosecution case is that there was only one sound moderator with blood /paint etc.  The police are adamant about this. I imagine the CPS had no choice other than to dismiss his findings without challenging them.

Yes, Boyce indeed. You can't get much higher in their field than him so I too will be interested in what conclusion/s he comes to.
I begin to wonder at times whether the CPS does work independently or not or if they rely on what the police findings are to save them the job of actually doing some work themselves. They weren't exactly being objective in this particular case.

Jeremy's done a blog today about the importance that the Administrative court reaches a decision in line with the 2001/2 for all the case documentation to be disclosed to himself and his legal team.

There is also now a full statement from Mark Newby concerning the judicial review.

I wait in anticipation of a good outcome. I imagine things on that front will now remain silent until results.

The forensics guy, Philip Boyce - worked on the Bain case.
Well if David Bain could walk free there's hope for Bamber yet.
