You see I wonder what will be gained from all this? Colin's family will be affected, Julie's family will be affected, Ann Eaton's family may be affected, Jeremy is staying put..
Quite true Steve, but and I say a big but, it might be more beneficial with Colin’s input, rather than the CT who approached the film makers to give their input and probably take charge of the script, so if one was going to be made I’m glad they have chose the one who lost most.

I wonder what input he really did have and whether the production company would have changed anything. There's evidently going to be nothing explosive as far as new developments are concerned. The lawyers at ITV will have seen to that.

Yes I've just read it again. Let's hope things run smoothly for Colin next year.

AE's family won't say boo about it because they made a packet on the back of Jeremy the same as this drama's going to do for the producer. Not forgetting JM's contribution at trial.
Making money at the expense of others is the pits.

Must admit I like the silent types Lookout, but I think in Colin’s case it might be his one and only last chance?  I’m sure Jeremy will get plenty more opportunities and that could be either way depending on his next appeal.  I don’t feel confident for him somehow though Lookout.

I've said it before and that's this drama couldn't have been timed any worse if they'd tried. Even though it's going to end on a " whodunnit " type ending----so I believe.

I feel confident that Jeremy will win his fight but the resounding rumbles that it'll cause from every quarter ,police and civilians alike for their part in causing his incarceration will be enough to leave him where he is.

It is. It's about leaving the audience guessing---was it him or her.

You see this is why I'm mistrustful of these television dramas. Leaving aside the issue of whether it's a documentary or leans on the side of entertainment Colin says in the article Real Justice posted that it exonerates Sheila. There was already a whopper told by The Sun when it claimed Jeremy Bamber was set to inherit the Georgian farmhouse.

I mean is this drama really artistically and sensitively done or is the bottom line purely profit?

It's all about money Steve. Sensationalist garbage made to entertain.

Which,in the end, it's left to the audience to decide. It's not a given that he's guilty, it just looks as though he is.

The drama (once again) is based on BOTH CAL'S book and Colin's - if you have read those books you should be able to get the picture of how it will pan out. Neither CAL's book nor Colin's leaves anyone guessing. Whatever The Sun has printed makes no difference. Colin is very happy with it - he said so in his interview.

Lookout, it may have passed yo by but he was convicted and is now in prison - its not left to anyone to decide.
