Title: If Sheila was right Handed - Mystery, about shot from left of neck, to Right...
Post by: mike tesko on December 24, 2018, 05:01:PM
I have always considered myself, as being realistic, honest and truthful, irrespective of all the fools who should think otherwise...

Bamber has turned out to be manipulative, he is using everybody, and anybody, to try and ensure that his convictions are quashed..

His friends today, may be totally disregarded in days to come ( I was merely one such victim) - this does not mean that I have abandoned his cause, or his claim that he is innocent, or that I don't believe that his sister had not shot and killed the other four victims..

I am with him, in his belief that Sheila did, and had shot the other four victims...

I am with him, in his belief that Sheila did, and had shot the other four victims...

But...

Whereas, he goes on to allude to the fact that his sister (Sheila) had killed herself, afterwards, I cast doubt on such a suggestion, choosing instead to believe that Sheila was killed off by the infliction of a second bullet (PV/19) which was inflicted once her body was lifted off her parents bed, onto the main bedroom floor, shot and killed by the police during a training exercise which had gone dramatically wrong..

The contents of timed police radio message log contents support my view...

I am not the slightest bothered, or interested in what Jeremy Bamber thinks of my views, since I consider him to be somewhat manipulative, and disrespectful, to many of those that are trying to be helpful ( I am one such person)...

I would never bend the truth or try to present an unlawful explanation for anything favoring him, if I thought that what I was claiming had no merit..

He has filled my life with damning questions which cannot easily by answered...

I believe that he did not shoot dead his sister on the main bedroom floor, or earlier downstairs in the kitchen from as early as 7.35am, or by the latest, 7.45am..

Movement, or elevation of the guns barrell from the position and angle of the first neck bullet wound, to the position and angle of the second chin bullet wound - I can't for the life of me envisage Bambers sister shooting herself horizontally across her own neck with the muzzle of the anshuzt rifle in contact with the left hand side of her neck, held almost level with the fingers of her right hand activating the trigger mechanism, whether she be stood up, sat down or leaning backwards, and then somehow end up with the same anshuzt rifle parallel with her ownbody, and the muzzle of the rifles barrel pressed snugly beneath the point of her chin, allowing her to activate the trigger mechanism using the same fingers of her right hand, before she fell backwards on the bedroom floor alongside the left hand edge of the parents bed, managing to avoid her head banging against the bedside cabinet before it finally came to rest on the floor in that vicinity...

Impossible, it couldn't have happened like that...

But, when you look carefully at the position of Sheila's head in relation to the nearby bedside cabinet, it becomes possible to see that her body had been placed there, not that her body had fallen there into such a position naturally..

a part from Sheila's head being lopsided, too far to the right of the bedside cabinet, the back of her head would have struck the bedside cabinet forcing her chin to be somewhat tucked into her own neck preventing the track of the bullet from entering her brain as we know it must have done, and did. Since once Sheila's head lolled sideways in the vicinity of the bedside cabinet, the second shot which did get inflicted, could not have been Inflicted after that point! The second fatal shot was inflicted when Sheila's body was in a totally different position than the position her death scene has been staged in by Essex police...

(http://  MS11.jpg)

In fact, the second bullet would have basically travelled from the point beneath her chin, to the back of her neck if her head had been upright against the bedside cabinet when the second shot had been, or was fired!

If you look closely enough, you can see other tell tale signs which confirm that Sheila's body did not fall naturally into its position in time for PC Bird (2nd SOCO team) to capture it undisturbed by anybody - for example, the upper part of Sheila's body appears to be deliberately turned to its right hand side, accommodating the position of her head in relation to the bedside cabinet, at odds with the remaining part of her body. I doubt that the striking of the back of her head against the bedside cabinet would have been capable of causing this displacement, without causing noticeable damage to her neck and the back of her head. The absence of any such other damage there, other than that caused by the two shots, provides the clearest proof imaginable, that somebody staged Sheila Caffell's death scene there on the parents bedroom floor!

Furthermore, there is also a marked absence of any impact type injury to the left hand side of Sheila's face or head, it having struck or come into contact with the corner edge of the bedside cabinet - see below:-

Once the pathologist discovered the trajectory that each of the two bullets had taken once inflicted, Essex police would almost certainly have known that Sheila Carffell could not have killed herself by shooting herself twice in quick succession using that anshuzt rifle, because (a) two different weapons had fired the bullets, (b) the second weapon was absent from the body, or from the vicinity where the body was photographed, and (c) the elevation factors involving the rifle(s) applicable at the time each shot had been fired could not be reconciled together as part of the same shootings (there had to have been a lengthy delay between both shots)..

The delay between the infliction both shots to Sheila Caffell was not dealt with by either the pathologist or the ballistic expert, at the time it fell upon them both to give an opinion as part of their duties - the only evidence which existed proving that there must have been such a lengthy delay was recorded in the individually timed police radio message log contents, timed at 7.35am, 7.37am, 7.38am, 7.42am, 7.45am, and of course, 8.10am...

These police message logs and their respective contents were in existence when the pathologist carried out his autopsy upon the body of Sheila Caffell at 3pm on the afternoon 7 the August 1985. Evidence which all those present what had attended the scene that morning must all have known about it's existence and that this seriously contradicted the alleged fact that police had found Sheila's body laid on the bedroom floor with a rifle in her possession...

Evidence which all those present what had attended the scene that morning must all have known about it's existence and that this seriously contradicted the alleged fact that police had found Sheila's body laid on the bedroom floor with a rifle in her possession...

Cook, Miller, Davidson, Hammerley, Bird, and the Coroner's officer PC Wright who all attended the autopsy of Sheila Caffell that afternoon, had all been present at the scene that particular morning, and knew about things which they had a duty to inform the pathologist about.

In particular, the Coroner's Officer, PC Wright had attended the main bedroom scene by 9.30am that morning and had seen Sheila Caffell's body laid on the main bedroom floor. She had been shot twice in the neck, but the weapon which had supposedly inflicted both wounds was absent from Sheila's body! Rather disturbingly, no crime scene photographs purporting to have been taken by the police (PC Bird) showing Sheila's body laid on the floor in possession of the said rifle which had been used to take her own life were not available for the attention of the pathologist, nevertheless, Cook, Davidson, Hammerley and Bird, did not take control of the main bedroom until long after the arrival of the coroner's officer PC Wright (9.30am), and they not only informed the pathologist that Sheila's body had been found on the main bedroom floor clutching a rifle that she had used to shoot and the kill the others, but she had also used it to take her own life. They told the pathologist that Sheila's body had been photographed insitu and that it had remained unisturbed until after PC Bird had photographed it there...

Of course, this was a deliberate lie, because there amongst them during Sheila Caffell's autopsy, in the presence of Venezis, Cook, Davidson, Hammersley and PC Bird, was the Corners officer, PC Wright, who knew that there had been no rifle with the body, on the body, or resting nearby, when he had viewed Sheila Caffell's body there on the main bedroom floor at 9.30am!

So, how could Sheila Caffell's body have laid in situ on the main bedroom floor undisturbed clutching a rifle until much later on that same morning, and it only be removed once PC Bird had taken his all so important crime scene photographs, after 10 am?

So, how could Sheila Caffell's body have laid in situ on the main bedroom floor undisturbed clutching a rifle until much later on that same morning, and it only be removed once PC Bird had taken his all so important crime scene photographs, after 10 am?

The contents of the variously timed police radio message logs, and the eyewitness testimony of the Corners Officer, PC Wright, was capable of seriously undermining the faked narrative being fed to the Coroner by the SOCO's, and PC Wright - for a start because Sheila's s body couldn't have been originally found upstairs laid on the main bedroom floor, or she already being dead and shot twice in the neck, or clutching a rifle, remaining there undisturbed, until along came PC Bird to capture it all in his crime scene photographs, because Sheila Caffell's body wasn't anywhere at all upstairs until after 8.10am, a fact provable at the time the autopsy was being carried out contained in contemporaneously recorded and timed police message logs!

The gun which PC Bird subsequently photographed in Sheila Caffell's possession, could not possibly have already been in Sheila's possession there on the main bedroom floor, and or found in her possession, by the firearm officers when they first entered the farmhouse, because Sheila's body was present downstairs in the vicinity of the kitchen, from as early as 7.35am, still there at 7.37am, 7.38am, 7.42am and 7.45am. Her body wasn't anywhere upstairs at any stage prior to 8.10am, how could it have been if there were only three further bodies reportedly found upstairs at that time?

So, if Sheila's body wasn't and couldn't have been upstairs at any stage until after 8.10am, then of course her body couldn't have already been laid there on the main bedroom floor clutching the rifle prior to 8.10am, either - add to this, the eyewitness account of the Coroner's officer, PC Wright, who states that when he viewed Sheila Caffells body laid on the main bedroom floor at 9.30am, she having already been shot in the neck twice by that time, that there was no gun with her body, it had been removed by that stage, then what must become absolutely clear is that police staged Sheila Caffells death scene as a suicide, there on the bedroom floor, and that they then got the second team of SOCO to capture the faked crime scene, so that police could hide he true circumstances surrounding how Sheila Caffell had eventually died on the bedroom floor!

Did SOCO and the Coroner's officer, PC Wright deliberately keep this vital information from the Pathologist, Peter Venezis, or was the pathologist also privy to the cover up surrounding the true circumstances leading up to Sheila Caffell's demise?

Did SOCO and the Coroner's officer, PC Wright deliberately keep this vital information from the Pathologist, Peter Venezis, or was the pathologist also privy to the cover up surrounding the true circumstances leading up to Sheila Caffell's demise?

Depending upon a variety of sources, including eyewitness accounts, timed police radio log contents, witness statements, newspaper accounts, etc, Sheila 's body was either found, or was present at the following locations inside the farmhouse when the firearm officers went to (a) enter the premises, or (b) was present at or in, once they had got into the building?

(1) - Sheila was laid on the floor behind the door when PC Collins looked through the Laundry room window. This window was situated to the left of the entry door which police subsequently forced open using a sledgehammer. PC Collins had approached the laundry room window from the corner of white/red where he had been stationed in a containment role. He left there, went beyond the main kitchen window, beyond the rear entry door, and arrived at the laundry room window, and peered in to make the all important first sighting of a woman's body, which could only have been a reference to Sheila Caffell's body at that stage!

Once police forced open the rear entry door and got into the farmhouse, the woman's body was no longer there! This gives rise to the fact that if that woman had been Sheila then she must have been alive at that stage, because she got up off the floor and must have gone through an internal door situated on the back passage close to the rear entry door, and gone into the main kitchen..

(2) - police eventually forced their way into the main kitchen at 7.35am, and rather significantly reported the find and presence of two bodies, not one! The first body found was that of a man, followed by the find of a woman's body, these two bodies were almost certainly Neville Bamber, and his daughter, Sheila Caffell (worth remembering that reference to the find of these two bodies, refers initially to the body of a man, not a woman, and that reference to the find of the woman's body followed on from mention of the find of the man's body - no prospect then of police having mistaken a woman's body for the body of a man, or vice versa, and in any event note the use of the number two in this account, if the argument is that there was only Neville Bambers body in the kitchen at 7.35am, a body which had been mistaken for the body of a woman, how could Nevilles body be described as two bodies, and not simply one)?

(3) - at 7.37am, ' the body of one dead male, and the body of one dead female found upon entry'!

Again, the mention of one dead male, before any further mention of one dead female - none of which supports the claim that Neville's body had been mistaken for the body of a female! Besides, the alleged  mistaken identified of Neville's body as the body of a woman, refers to the initial sighting through the laundry room window, on an occasion before the firearm officers had actually got into the premises! Here (as at 7.35am), we are dealing with the firearm officers already inside the farmhouse, in particular inside the main kitchen, it is a different phase of the police operation, where police have shifted position from outside the farmhouse and the laundry room window, into the farmhouse, in particular, the main kitchen! So, no prospect of anyone making any mistake about the sex of each body, and rather more telling the actual number of dead bodies which were present there at that moment..

(4) - at 7.38am, ' one dead male, one dead female'..

Again, confirmation that with the firearm officers already present inside the kitchen ( not on the outside of the building looking in through the Laundry room window with the obvious potential to make a mistake as to the sex of a victim), the firearm officers find two bodies, one dead male, one dead female. These two bodies could only be reference to (a) the body of Neville and (b) the body of Sheila!

Thus far, each of these events serving to confirm the presence of two bodies found downstairs once firearm officers got into the kitchen! Prior to this, a sighting of a woman's body in the floor of the laundry room behind a door, as seen from outside the Laundry room window by PC Collins who peered in through the window just before the rear entry door to the right of the laundry room window was forced open! Now, we know that by the time the fifth hammer blow had forced the external door off it's hinges, and enabled the firearm officers to pour into the farmhouse beyond that damaged doorway, that the body which had been seen laid on the floor behind the door was no longer there, whoever that person had been was therefore still very much alive! How, anyone could suggest that this had been the body of Neville Bamber mistaken for the body of a dead female begars belief because of the number of times in which it turned out that he had in fact been shot before he had died ( let's set the recorded straight on that he was apparently shot a total of 8 times, four of which would have been instantly fatal individually, or collectively - and so, no PC Collins couldn't have mistaken Neville's body, for Sheila's body, as the body he saw on the floor behind the door when he was outside the laundry room window looking inwards). Rather more telling, with regards to this matter, Neville's body was not found on the kitchen floor behind a door, his body was in front of the inner door between the kitchen and the passageway beyond near to the rear entry door, and what's more his body was slumped over the top of an overturned chair with his head in the coal bucket, so there it is - PC Collins could not have mistaken Nevilles body slumped over a chair with his head in a coal hod, in front of an internal door, and his body be the same body he saw through the laundry room window which he described as a woman's body laid on the floor, behind a door!

(5) - at 7.42am, 'a request for the police surgeon, and Coroner's officer tone informed that two bodies had been found upon entry to whf'...

Again, mention of two bodies having been found by this time, not one body but two, with three bodies outstanding..

Mike, how many times are you going to repeat this? You have been posting this from the time you started this forum till now and no one has ever taken this theory seriously nor has it ever stood up to scrutiny.

Occam's Razor - The explanation requiring the fewest assumptions is most likely to be the correct one

(5) - at 7.42am, 'a request for the police surgeon, and Coroner's officer tone informed that two bodies had been found upon entry to whf'...

Again, mention of two bodies having been found by this time, not one body but two, with three bodies outstanding..

(6) - at 7.45am, a civilian employee working in the control room with the Christian name of 'Linda' contacted a SOCO (DS Davidson) at his home address, requesting that he come on duty to 'the office' because police were dealing with an Incident at white house farm (whf) involving (not five bodies) two bodies, 'a murder,' and 'a suicide'..

Here , not only is it confirmed that two bodies (not one, and certainly not five, or four, or three), had already been found by 'that' stage, and by 'that stage' we are talking by about 7.45am, one of the two bodies was being referred to as 'a mudder's, whereas, the other body was being described as 'a suicide'! There exists 10 minutes of commuNication between the scene and the control room where the cops are clearly talking about two bodies downstairs in the kitchen, the body of a woman seen through the laundry room window , her body laid on the floor behind the door, which had disappeared once cops sledgehammered the rear external door off it's hinges! The next time we hear mention of a female body, was when at 7.35am the firearm officers pushed their way into the main kitchen, but only after the report of a dead male body had been mentioned! At that (7.35am) the firearm officers were physically present inside the kitchen so it beggars belief how there could be any mistake as to the body count in the kitchen at that time, and one assumes that all of these firearm officers, and other officers at the scene, and back in the control room could all count beyond the number 1, and that they knew how to add numbers together, where 1 + 1 = 2...

Hopefully, all the parties concerned knew the difference between a male body, and a female body...

Failing this, how was it possible that back in the control room, they even had a remit by 7.45am regarding how each of these two bodies had died, one by way of a murder, the other by way of a suicide..

If, by that stage (7.45am, or beforehand), there had simply been just somebody in the kitchen, let's say only Neville Banner, how was it possible that his body was being talked about as the body of a dead male, and the body of a dead female? How could anybody who was present inside the kitchen by that stage (7.45am, or earlier) describe Neville Hangers death as a suicide? Were the firearm officers who entered the kitchen all blindfolded, daft and dumb?

Such mistakes would have been impossible to make, and would not have been made, particularly because the lives of the firearm officers were on the line, they were at risk of being shot at, wounded or worse still, killed - as such nobody could afford to make any mistakes regarding the presence of whereabouts of all five of the occupants inside the farmhouse! Why would police say there were two bodies downstairs in the kitchen most definitely between 7.35am - 7.45am, and arguably until after 8.10am, if it wasn't true?

They wouldn't have, and they didn't - because there were two bodies downstairs in the kitchen, the body of one dead male, and the body of one dead female, a murder, and a suicide, and by 8.10am that same morning, there were only a further three bodies present upstairs, making five dead in total! If there had been any sort of a mistake regarding the body count downstairs, and there had only been one body there, a body mistaken for a male / female, the mistake would have been rectified by the time the firearm officers completed their search upstairs in all the bedrooms by 8.10am, by declaring that four bodies had been found upstairs by that time! But, it was reported that there were only three bodies upstairs by then...

The matter becomes farcickle considering that the bodies of Sheila Caffell and June Banner were supposedly laid on top of the parents bed side by side, or on different parts of the main bedroom floor in the same room? How was it possible, for the firearm officers to only count three bodies as being present upstairs by 8.10am, and include those three bodies amongst the five dead in total which by then had been found?

Perhaps the filters amongst us should contact Essex Police and the DPP, and provide them with the following information:-

'The body of one dead male' and 'the body of one dead female found upon entry to the kitchen', two bodies, 'a murder,' and 'a Suicide' (7.35am - 7.45am, inclusive) + ' a further three bodies found upstairs by 8.10am, five dead in total' = the exact number of victims who died in this shooting tragedy's - two bodies, downstairs in the kitchen and three bodies upstairs in the bedrooms...

The contents of timed police radio messages are admissible in evidence, and are capable of providing a true insight into what was transpiring at given moments in a police operation. It is also worthy of note that staff back in the control room had the benefit of an eavesdrop via the kit hen telephone which had its handset off it's cradle and resting on a kitchen worktop a matter of a foot away from the scene where two bodies were reportedly found between 7.35am - 7.45am. All this information was being recorded contemporaneously, with little time for any officer to fabricate the details that were being reported, it was an essential part of the firearm operation ongoing by that stage, that accurate information was being passed and recorded with the safety of the firearm officers in mind...

According to the contents of the timed police radio message log contents, all five bodies of the five victims, had been sought out and found between 7.45am and 8.10am, but if the content of these messages was / is not true, then there must still have been one body unaccounted for, (the fifth body) after 8.10am. Exactly, who the missing fifth victim of this shooting tragedy could have been remaining at large remains to be seen!

The mathematics don't add up , there is a serious flaw in the body count of the victims, between who was found downstairs, and who was found upstairs, between the timed police radio message log version of the alleged events, and the police witness statement version of the events! It is important to remember that the contents of the timed police radio message logs were recorded contemporaneously, as opposed to the contents of police witness statements which are influence driven depending upon what a police officer needs to say!
