Kitchen events in 5 stages. Based on the evidence.
« on: September 08, 2019, 10:29:AM »
Going by the evidence -

STAGE 1:

Nevill enters the kitchen. Bare footed, in pyjamas. He has been shot 4 times. Bamber is a few feet behind him.

Evidence:

Nevill was found bare footed, in pyjamas. The bullet casings show he was shot 4 times upstairs.

---------

STAGE 2:

Bamber users the rifle butt to attempt to hit Nevill's head.Nevill puts his forearms up to protect himself.

Evidence:

Bruising and grazing on Nevill's forearms. Nevill's smashed watch found on the floor. Upturned kitchen furniture.

---------

STAGE 3:

To attempt to stop the blows, Nevill grabs onto the rifle. The two of them wrestle over it.

Evidence:

Scratch marks on the aga. Paint on silencer. Smashed ceiling light. Upturned furniture.

----------

STAGE 4

Nevill loses strenght due to his injuries. Bamber gets the rifle back and is able to get more success with his blows to Nevill's head & face.

Evidence:

Broken rifle stock. Nevill's black eyes, broken nose and 40+ head, face and body lacerations/bruises. Upturned furniture, broken crockery, sugar on floor.

----------

STAGE 5:

With Nevill knocked out, Bamber has time to reload & the strength to lift Nevill onto the coal scuttle. Then fire 4 more shots into Nevill. After everyone else has been killed, he burns Nevill's back.

Evidence:

Nevill was found on a coal scuttle with burns on his back and having received 8 shots.

----------

Obviously there is a chance they wrestled for the rifle first. However suspect Nevill was in defence mode after being shot and chased, while Bamber was fully pumped to attack. Nevill grabbed onto the rifle to try to stop the blows.

" Upturned kitchen furniture ", was originally used to block the entrance between the hall and the kitchen. The disarray as has been described was caused by the removal of them to one side when the TFG entered.

Sheila would probably have blocked that entrance to stop her father from getting out and also block her mother from getting in if she'd attempted to do so.

The first 4 stages would have taken less than 1 minute. The fifth stage Bamber could do at anytime prior to his exit.

Come to think of it, Jeremy did say Nevill phoned him at 3am.

Well done Adam.

Now all you need to do is replace the perpetrator with Sheila. Realise the scratches on the mantle were created later. And factor in the barrel marks on Nevills arm. Then bobs your uncle.

The noise from stages 1-4 would have been the overturned chairs & stool, smashed crockery & ceiling lightshade. These would have been short term noises during the period of less than one minute.

Believe there was only a slim chance of this waking Sheila upstairs & motivating her to get out of bed.

Mmm. I can go with that. Dispatching Nevill first rules out the problem of having him A) call for help, B) take some sort of preventative action. Sheila, who appears to have been drained would have been unlikely to wake because of some noise, although the evidence says at some point, she did.

There was no noise inside that farmhouse until Sheila decided to cause mayhem downstairs, she was suffering from delusions which were very real to her.

Evidence

Scratch marks on the aga. Paint on silencer.

----------

There is no evidence the paint was on the silencer or the scratches were on the AGA prior to the Eatons and Boutflours having access to the crime scene.

There is no evidence the paint & scratches were not there beforehand either.

Yes there is. David Boutflour never noticed it when he took the silencer out the cupboard nor did he notice the grey hair. There is no debris or paint chips on the rug under the mantle nor do the scratches appear in the under the mantle on the crime scene photos taken on the day.
