Who had blood on their hands?
« on: August 31, 2019, 11:47:AM »
If Jeremy wiped down the silencer as alleged. Why is there no blood in the middle ridge?. Who would forget to plant such blood if that was the intention?

These two tiny spots of blood from one end to the other, were not planted. They are the result of someone handling blood, then unscrewing and re-screwing the muzzle cap.

It was no accident lookout. If it was, AE would not have reported it to the police in the first place.

AEs Examination by Arlidge QC

Q. As a result of that being found, were police contacted?

A. Yes, Witham Police

Q. Do you know the date on which that took place?

A. Saturday night.

Q. That very evening?

A. Yes.

MR. Justice Drake : (To the witness): Q: Who actually contacted them?

A. It was probably me, but I cannot remember, but Witham Police were contacted.

Ann Eaton's police statement.

"We discussed the implication of how this silencer could be in the gun cupboard with blood and paint on it. Obviously if it was being alleged that somebody had had a brainstorm and shot dead four people they would surely not have stopped to remove the silencer, put it back in the gun cupboard, go back upstairs and shoot herself dead. Contact was made with the police about the discovery of the blood and paint stained silencer."

DI Cooks recollection of the following Monday

"I have it in my mind that Ann EATON pointed out the scratch marks to us."

"In fact I believe she pointed out where the silencer, could have come in contact with the shelf"

How did Ann Eaton know there was blood and AGA paint on the silencer prior to the lab confirming it as such? She was involved in fabricating it.

Why did Ann Eaton alert the police to both the bloodied silencer and the scratch marks? She wanted to incriminate Jeremy Bamber.

Not long after being thrown out the police station and learning of Jeremy inheriting her farm land. AE goes to the crime scene to "look for clues". She then reports the faux smoking gun to the police, then shows them the scratches the following Monday.

She then tells the Jury

"At the time I did not know whether it was rabbit blood or what. and I thought the jewellery was the most important thing, turns out I was wrong."

Blaming the police collectively or a dead Jones is easy and for the faint-hearted. I am not afraid to point the finger.

I can go along with that David for the simple fact that it was so obvious as to the intentions of the relatives.

Ann Eaton is the logical suspect for planting the scratch marks.

1. She knew where the silencer had come into contact with the mantle shelf before anyone else.

2. Julie had told her about Nevils injuries after the mortuary visit.

3. DC Clarke had told her where Nevils body was found.

4. She would have seen the blue coat hanging over that area of the mantle shelf. Obscuring it from crime scene photos.

5. She had unlimited access to the scene from the 9th of August onwards.

6. The scratch marks helped erase a substansial debt to Jeremy and enabled her to become director of Osea caravan park.
