I think they would get round it by this extradition relationship Caroline,

I think because she was 17years old?  It wouldn’t be an offence in the UK even though Florida’s age limit is 18 years old, I think it has to be an offence in both Countries under the extradition Law.

This is what it says

They can’t. This is a “dual criminality” treaty.  No one can be extradited by either country unless the offense is a crime in both countries and carries a prison sentence of at least one year.

But Having said that, the FBI could ask him over to answer questions I think?

He has already said he will help in any investigation including the FBI. There is definitely more to this story and I don't believe any of his excuses. He shouldn't be above the law. Technically, she wasn't under age but he should have asked questions about where she came from knowing what a sleaze Epstein was. The best thing he can do is come clean.

Have to agree 100% guilty, he knew all along what Epstein was up to, he will be hoping it goes away, but hopefully it doesn’t till he does tell some truth.

Found this interesting

Prince Andrew sent an email to Jeffrey Epstein's alleged madam Ghislaine Maxwell at 5.50am to let her know he had 'specific questions' about Virginia Roberts in 2015.

In the email the Prince tells Ghislaine Maxwell: 'Let me know when we can talk. Got some specific questions to ask you about Virginia Roberts.'

Ghislaine replies: 'Have some info. Call me when you have a moment.'

So he (Andrew) still hasn't commited a crime in the eyes of the (British) law.
If the FBI ask him over he could plead some sort of Fifth Amendment.

I've just watched the Virginia Giuffre interview, & my missus reckons she is fibbing.

I don’t think he will go over, if he does then he can be subpoenas, Lawyers have drafted one to make him give evidence in court if he ever steps foot in US again? Looking at it again,  If anything the FBI will come over then listen to Andrews Orchestrated lies.

The Pratt as you call him should come clean and tell the truth and not hide behind his lies, it would have been hard for this traumatised young girl to get everything spot on, she was trafficked from a young age and brainwashed by sex offenders, she’s up against some of the worlds most powerful people with the best Lawyers

If he did know her intimately, would he refer to her as ‘Virginia’? Or if they were strangers, might he not refer to her as ‘Miss Roberts’?
The email from Andrews computer in 2015 shows he refers to her as Virginia

Having sex with a trafficked female is probably against the law - even here.  Virginia Giuffre sounded truthful to me, whereas he certainly didn't.
