There was no Silencer present at the Lab' between 13th August 1985 and 20th September 1985
Exhibit DB/1(23) which got submitted to the Lab' was the source for the blood group test results (A, EAP BA, AK1 and HP 2-1), obtained from tests carried out at the lab' on 12th, 13th, 18th and 19th September 1985...
If anyone chooses to beleive that this (DB/1,23) exhibit was the silencer which got sent to the Lab' on the 30th August 1985, then ask yourselves the following as yet unexplained, and unfathomable questions:-
(1) - If the silencer in this 'guise (DB/1,23) was at the Lab' from 30th August 1985, how could Ann Eaton hand it over to DC Oakey along with the other subsequent DRB exhibits on 11th September 1985?
(2) - Why did David Boutflour wait until 11th September 1985 to contact the police to tell them that he had found the silencer to the gun?
(3) - if the silencer in the 'guise of DB/1(23) was already at the Lab' from 30th August 1985, how did DS Eastwood and DS Davison fingerprint it on 13th September 1985?
(4) - If the silencer in the guise of DB/1(23) was submitted to the Lab' on 30th August 1985, how come there does not exist a 'GENERAL EXAMINATION RECORD' at the Lab' pertaining to the silencer on that date? Why is it, that there only exists two such records, one dated, 13th August 1985, and the other dated 26th September 1985?
(5) - Why did it take until the examination of the silencer (DRB/1) on 26th September 1985, to notice for the very first time red paint particles crushed into the knurl of the silencers metal end cap?
