The relatives should be arrested and interviewed with a view to prosecuting those still alive, of 'Conspiracy to pervert the Course of justice', and 'perjury'...

No stone should be left unturned...

Those still alive, part of the police presentation, arrested, interviewed and prosecuted, all at peril of spending the rest of their natural lives in custody - vile scumbags in uniform!

Hang both Ann Eaton, and David Boutflour, at the gallows (until they are both dead) and then look into where the truth 'LIES'.._

These two monsters are at the heart of the case which was brought against Jeremy Bamber, Ann Eaton knows what police told her about where Sheila's body had supposedly been seen by DS Jones and DC Oakey, she was laid on top of the bed with a bible on her chest and the gun alongside her body on the bed - those of you who believe otherwise you are basically thick  and simply not interested in the truth..

The following is a true handwritten account of what Ann Eaton was told by the police who attended Jeremy's cottage having previously attended the scene and seen all the bodies of the five victims insitu:-

The jury were not made aware that Ann Eaton had made such notes -

It is notable that in Ann Eaton's handwritten note June's body is said to be on the floor, next to the door, as in the crime scene photographs. That is what Stan Jones must have told Ann Eaton.

Julie Mugford also says that Jeremy told her that Matthew MacDonald had left Sheila on the bed with a bible on her chest. But she also said that Jeremy had told her MacDonald said June's body was on the floor. Mugford got that information from the police or from Ann Eaton and made up a story around it. Jeremy at that stage knew nothing about Sheila being on the bed with a bible on her chest.

Stan Jones probably just made up the story of Sheila and June being on the bed with the rifle between them. The purpose of that was to cause confusion and to discredit the information he had given to Ann Eaton.

This is a common trick used by people involved in a cover up. You deliberately associate  wrong information with true information to discredit the true information. You want people to think in this way:

"Well it must be a mistake, because that cop also said that June's body was on the bed and we know that can't be true." Stan Jones knew the dark arts and all the tricks of the trade.

Stan Jones was telling the relatives what to say and editing their statements. It's easy to understand why he would want Ann Eaton to say that she couldn't remember who told her about Sheila being on the bed with a bible on her chest. If that were known, Jones would have had some explaining to do. So Mrs Eaton was told to say that she couldn't remember the name of the officer who told, her, but that she thought it was DC Mick Clark. Clark denied ever telling her that. There were only two policemen  at Goldhanger at that time. They were DS Jones and DC Clark.

The reason for the discrepancy between what Ann Eaton says in her handwritten note and what she said in her statement of September 8th concerning the location of June's body is probably down to the dark arts of bent coppers. Jones just made up the bit about June's body being on the bed to make it seem equally absurd that Sheila was on the bed at that stage. But she was on the bed and both Stan Jones and Ann Eaton have always known that.

The relatives know that Sheila was shot again after DS Jones had left the scene of the crime shortly after 09:00am. How could Jones have kept that from Ann Eaton while at the same time telling her what lies to tell? She is not a simpleton.

This is what I believe happened before Sheila was shot a second time, at some time later than 09:05am when Stan Jones left the crime scene.

Sheila had put the Anschütz rifle at the box room window where the police outside could see it. She then went downstairs and shot herself with Anthony Pargeter's bolt action rifle, not long before the police broke in at 07:35.

PC Collins looks through a downstairs window and sees Sheila lying on the floor as if dead.

The police break the door down and find Nevill and Sheila and assume that Sheila is also dead, hence the reports of finding a dead male and a dead female on entry.

At some stage Sheila regains consciousness and sneaks upstairs. This was before the police secured the upper part of the house. It would explain why they took 31 minutes to move upstairs. They knew that there was a rifle up there, so they would not simple rush up after Sheila. They used mirrors to look around corners and proceeded very carefully.

When they finally did get upstairs at 08:10 what they found was Sheila lying on the bed apparently dead, with a bible on her chest open at the page where there is a palm print. This is the scene which DS Jones saw, before he left the scene of the crime to tell the relatives where the bodies were found.

Jones told Ann Eaton that Sheila had been found on the bed with a bible on her chest and with the rifle next to her. He also told her that June's body was found on floor next to the door.

Julie Mugford heard this and after her friend Liz Rimmington betrayed her, she made up a story in which the killer left Sheila on the bed with a bible on her chest. Mugford also said that June had been found on the floor. So she got that information before it was changed in Jones's attempt to cover his tracks.

She must have been threatened and made up a story in desperation using what information she had been given. The police knew she was lying because they knew that Sheila had not been first found on the bed in the master bedroom. But they had got what they wanted-a terrified girl who would be willing to say anything to try to save herself.

Do you know something Harry?

I wasn't there in person, when these activities were taking  place, but it's the first time that anyone has acknowledged what almost certainly took place. Credit to you Harry, where credit is due, I share similar views as yourself...

Sheila was on the bed, not only did Clark and Jones tell Ann Eaton what they saw when they visited the main bedroom, and that Sheila was on the bed with a Bible on her chest, and the gun beside her, but please believe me when I say that Sheila was photographed on the bed, at a time when she had only been shot the once!I have no reason to lie about such a matter. It's all true! Sheila died as a result of a second shot being inflicted after DS Jones and DC Clark had personally visited the main bedroom, seen Sheila on the bed, as described, and then both had left the scene!

If I am right about this, then Jeremy Bamber could not have shot his sister dead, and staged her death as a suicide on the parents bedroom floor, with use of a silencer, or not..

PC Bird (Witham SOCO) could not have taken the photographs which exist of Sheila's body laid on top of the bed, with only a solitary shot to the neck, because by the time he was in a position to start taking any crime scene photographs, Sheila's body had already been lifted off the bed by other police officers, and placed on the bedroom floor, and the second shot which killed her had been executed!

The evidence which supports this as being true rests with the conflicting accounts between the timed police message log entries versus the witness statement version of the events, and the missing 358 photographs taken by the HQ SOCO versus the 200 or so crime scene photographs which were taken by PC Bird (Witham SOCO) after 10.00am...

Jeremy Bamber could not have shot dead his own sister and staged her death scene on his parents bedroom floor, even if he had wanted to. Sheila was still alive when the police entered the farmhouse, evidenced by the sighting of a woman through the laundry  room window (the window to the left of the door police smashed down). Neville Bambers body was in the kitchen, or in other words, the room which was on the right hand side of the aforementioned door!

Sheila couldn't have already been dead on the bedroom floor before police entered the farmhouse, already shot twice and her body on the bedroom floor in possession of the rifle, because the prosecution knew that the rifle in question had been seen by Julia Jeapes resting against the inside of the first floor box room window! How could the rifle have been there, and in Sheila's possession on the main bedroom floor?

The rifle from the first floor box room window couldn't have already fired the second fatal shot when it was on view at the first floor box room window! Somebody had to move it from the box room window before the second fatal shot which killed off Sheila Caffell. That could only have happened after Julia Jeapes saw the rifle at the box room window..

How did the rifle from the first floor box room window, end up on top of Sheila Caffell's body on her parents bedroom floor?

Either, The police brought it to her body once they had lifted her body off the bed and placed it on the bedroom floor, or Sheila took possession of it herself and shot herself dead! But if Sheila had done this that way, there is no reason to suggest that the police would not have told it as it was. Not only that but the fact that by a reliance upon the timed police message log version of events Sheila was downstairs in the kitchen from 7.35am, onwards, at least until shortly after 8.10am, then she arrived upstairs on the bed in her parents bedroom, before her body ended up on the bedroom floor in possession of the rifle from the box room window!

One thing is certain, and that is that Sheila could not have received the second fatal shot when her body was downstairs, either in the laundry room, or the kitchen! Similarly, she could not have received the second fatal shot when her body was laid on top of the bed, otherwise how did her body get onto the bedroom floor in possession of the gun?

Whichever way you look at the matter, everything points to Bambers convictions being unsafe...

The police knew with certainty whether or not there was a silencer fitted onto the end of the anshuzt rifles barrel at the time the second fatal shot was inflicted in Sheila's neck! This being the case, why did the police accept the silencer from the relatives?

Why would the police deliberately accept a silencer into the evidence and rely upon it, and everything associated with it, or to it if they knew with 100% certainty that there wasn't a silencer fitted to the guns barrel at the time Sheila had been shot dead?

the only valid excuse I can think of was that somebody knew something capable of opening a can of worms, and rather than face the consequences for their own actions, the police gave in to the demands of those in the know..

The relatives had the possible use of the silencer at the forefront of their minds from a very early stage - this came about on the evening 9th August 1985, when DS Jones returned the Pargeter silencer back at the scene - he handed it over to Peter Eaton who placed it in the gun cupboard from where David Boutflour recovered it on the following day. When David found the silencer on 10th August 1985, he was not aware that the police had already had possession of it, or that his brother in law had placed that silencer in the cupboard. According to one of the versions alluded to, Robert Boutflour was present when his son David found the silencer, and he told David to keep it safe because the police would be needing to look at it..

What this tells us is that neither Robert or David Boutflour knew in that instant when the first silencer was found, that the police had already had the silencer themselves, and effectively given it back to the family on the evening before...
