Yeah, they SAY they did now - personally, I don't believe them.

Well regard to the downturn, I had a particular person in mind.  And this way going some way back.  My biggest gripe with so called hard-line brexiteers, is that they could be somehow pushing us closer to USA.  Probably one of the most evil countries on Earth.  It seems every way you look, nothing is ideal....

I'd like to see a Corbyn-type foreign policy that distances us somewhat from the axis of evil, USA / Saudi Arabia and Israel.  I'd like to see a hard-line stance on immigration and a firm rejection of the PC brigade at home.   I'd like to see a Corbyn govt. that places the working person first, not people on benefits. I'd like our troops to be used in genuine defence of the realm, not wasted on some economic grab for resources made by psychopaths in the USA.  I'd like to see our own security services' swamp drained - maybe those rooted out can go and join SPECTRE instead.   It's a wish list that will never happen - because it's not possible with today's political landscape.

Sorry for going off-topic  ;D

That's your utopia and you voted to leave because of it - but those things were never on offer. It was leave or stay? And no one knew the consequences - now they have a better idea and if the will to leave is as strong as has been suggested, another ref surely would be a good thing - to seal the deal but this time, people will be more informed. I think leavers don't want another ref because they know the first time was a complete fluke.

No I was just trying to express that no political party represents my current views. And this is the fault of the political system we have.  I'm pretty sure it wasn't a fluke. Most people I know voted leave. Probably less than 2:1 ratio of people I know but still the majority.
