It is no longer tenable, for the Crown to maintain that Jeremy Bamber had shot dead his sister and that he had staged his sister's death scene there on the main bedroom floor, as a suicide. Since, his sister was not there on the bedroom floor at 7.30am, when PC Collins and PC Delgado looked into the laundry through the laundry window just before the raid team forced an entry into the farmhouse. His sister's body was not upstairs laid on the main bedroom floor in possession of the rifle at 7.35am, 7.37am, 7.38am, 7.42am and 7.42am, nor at 8.10am with only three bodies upstairs by that stage..

Sheila's body couldn't have been in two different places or locations at one and the same time!

All those involved in the false prosecution of Jeremy Bamber, of killing his sister, Sheila Caffell, and staging her death scene as a suicide on the parents bedroom floor as a suicide, all need to be prosecuted and if any have retired, they should be made to pay back their police pensions. Those who have themselves become deceased since 1986, should have their assets frozen and seized, no stone should be left unturned in the pursuit of the truth..

No scientific or forensic evidence existed to place Jeremy Bamber at the scene when any one the five victims were shot, or had died...

No evidence found on the body or the clothing of Neville Bamber to suggest that he had been attacked by Jeremy rather than Sheila..

Similarly, no such distinction with regard to the attack upon June Bamber...
